If I can give it a 0 I would!!!! The wig I purchased is not the wig I received. I paid $113.98 for a used wig, that took almost a month to get it!!! I am not pleased!!! The wig looks like it's been used because it's matted, no curls and has a awful perfume smell!!! I sent a email to Baisiwig and didn't get a response. I need to be refunded ASAP!!!

All of our wigs are strictly inspected before shipment to ensure they are in new, intact condition with proper packaging. The matting and slight odor you received may be caused by long-distance international transportation, extrusion and sealed package storage during transit, which is not the original condition of the wig when we sent it out.
We never sell used wigs, and we strictly control product quality for every order. To resolve this for you quickly, could you please kindly share some clear photos and short videos of the wig overall, the texture and the smell situation? Once we receive your proof, we will check it immediately and offer you a reasonable solution as soon as possible, including partial refund, discount for your next order or other proper options.
We value every customer and will never ignore your request. Please accept our sincere apology again, and we are waiting for your photos to solve this matter for you right away.

Extremely disappointed – Not as pictured
I purchased three wigs from Baisi Hair for nearly $300, and unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with any of them. The units look nothing like the pictures advertised on their site. To even make them wearable, I am now forced to spend additional money at a salon to have all three modified. It’s very disappointing to spend this much money only to have to pay more just to fix what I bought. I would not recommend.

Ordered a wig on 4/14. No update on shipping yet. I went to the website to find the email address and it was returned. Evidently, that isn’t a real email address. I attempted to request a refund and still haven’t heard anything. Do not buy from this company! I feel like I got scammed!!!! Run away! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! do not purchase from Basai Wigs. This company is a rip off they steal pictures from other sites, then rip off customers , send out ugly clown wigs, because they know it cost more than the wig to ship back. The US SHOUKD STOP THESE THESE sort OF SCAMS. I purchased a gray curly wig, I received a blonde clown wig. I was given an address, but the post office could not verify the address. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM BAISI WIGS!! If it were possible I would have given these crooks a ZERO! The wig I ordered was supposed to be "silver grey" human hair, instead I received a White wig that looks like dolls hair!! I sent several messages before they finally responded with telling me it would cost me 30.00 to return the wig *& I won't see my refund for several months. They are Chinese so they don't do customer service, they never do. All they do is go back & forth with you. I should've known better, but I really like the wig. This is the latest message from them.

If only there is a way to rate this shitty company a zero I would. I’m fuming and pissed off right now. They are currently telling me to pay more $20 to clear the ugly wig return with their chstoms after I paid a whole £23 to send this back to them. Don’t buy unless you want to get stressed I don’t recommend this company. This was after they forced me to keep the ugly hair and I refused. Instructions for return were poorly worded, all rubbish. Baisiwig I want my full refund today I don’t care how you will make this happen or I will escalate this for you I promise I will !
