I ordered I wig that I saw on their site and I received a wig not even close to what I purchased. I didn't put he unit on at all, I put it back in the box as soon as I saw that. I informed them, and then the person from aftersa@bai.. suggested that I wash the unit, but in the same breath said if I did anything to it, I would not get my money back. I have completed the email thread about my concern. They told me to send the unit back, and once they received it, they would send my money. I am glad some folks received the unit they purchased, but I really think they are AI-generated reviews. My beautician had to put a cease-and-desist on them because they used an unauthorized image of her to make it seem as if she uses their hair. Buyer beware!!!!

I am not sure how this company gets 5 star ratings. I ordered 3 wigs and none of them look as advertised the hair is supposed to be human but feels & looks synthetic. Refund is not worth it because it cost too much to send back to the supplier & you have to email back & forth with the supplier to make contact for a refund. I will never purchase again and I am warning others pls save your money…I will use the wigs for Halloween costumes

I am writing in response to your comment about my review Again i saw the photo of the style i chose and compared with what you sent me it were 2 different styles. Your company has refused to refund me because you wanted me to lie about the value of the product. When i bought the hair you changed me shipping fee, when i also returned the hair i also paid shipping fees you don’t consider the extra cost you have putting me through but you want me to side with you to lied. The wig I purchased did not look anything like the picture. They took a long time sending and when I asked to return it they still haven’t responded. I paid $177 for a wig that look nothing like the photo at all I want my money back.
