Fantastic service and beautiful product! I bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband and Adele and team went above and beyond helping me with the order process and even hand delivering the bracelet to me so it would arrive in time! Adele at Baileys was a pleasure to deal with, after checking with DHL and establishing my order was lost, she arranged a replacement order which arrived just in time for Christmas. I was very pleased with the gift, would highly recommend

Brilliant company
Bought a bracelet from them many years ago and since then have purchased a number of beads. They are friendly and very efficient. Delivery times are excellent. I bought a steel bracelet for my husband and have since bought one of the beads, such fantastic quality and definitely a talking point when we're out and about. The customer service is excellent and delivery very fast.
