The phone arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly fine. I'm so grateful. I would 100% recommend getting a refab phone. My screen had no scratches the cameras are new and most importantly my battery life is 100%. I'm so happy with my purchase.

absolutely fabulous - I bought a mac or Apple M1 Pro for pennies on the dollar. I immediately put it to work, runs beautifully, I am running fast and leaping over tall buildings! I work with large seconday data sets, run multiple programs and AI agents, just a beautiful piece of technology. Back Market is where you want to go if you need to remain productive and still have money to eat.

Amazing customer service, despite taking a bit to respond because I believe they have limited staff for it, they take care of customers needs thoroughly. I have only purchased from here once and was skeptical because there's always a bit of worry buying second hand electronics, but the seller I got my phone from is stellar. I got my S25 in excellent condition and it came fitting that exact description. Great functioning device, extremely minimal.scratches and camera intact. Very good battery life, well packaged, provide necessary accessories like charger cord and such. I have ZERO complaints and I will be purchasing more second hand electronics from back market in the future.

Condition of Device and delivery was true to fact good

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro - works great, no damage. Came with a battery capacity of only 88% - not perfect but I guess that's the trade-off. After reading other reviews about receiving stolen phones, I verified the IMEI on an IMEI blacklist checker and it came back clean.
