Phone arrived in excellent condition and trade in was as expected.

The device was sent promptly with excellent packaging. It worked as a new iPhone would - powered up , charged up, and transferred all data from the old phone flawlessly.
The phone was rated "fair" for condition because BackMarket is careful to not mis-represent their offerings. This phone came in very good condition physically so we were very pleased with it.
For the trade in transaction, we don't have the close out on that yet.

Everything went well as far as service and ordering. Delivery was fast and easy

I have purchased several devices from Back Market and have never been disappointed. My last purchase of an iPhone 14 Plus has been my favorite. It works perfectly and is a nice upgrade from my iPhone XR. I never buy new because it's too expensive, so I buy from Back Market and save money by buying older models. I love Back Market's selections and prices.

I got an iPad 9 from Back Market to replace an iPad Air 2. The iPad 9 was listed as "Fair". The price was great, shipping was free and fast. The iPad is great. It came with the newest software and it looks new.
So I'm real happy with Back Market. I had previously bought 2 iMac laptops from them, both were way better than expected. When I need tech items Back Market is the first place I look. Highly recommended!

Purchased a new-to-us Galaxy S25+ in excellent condition. The process was simple, the phone arrived as committed, and the phone is great. I believe we paid a fair price for a phone in excellent shape. I will return when I upgrade my S20 later this year.

I ordered a Iphone14 for my daughter it arrived on time and was in great condition. When it was set up it works very well. The price was good I also traded in a iPhone 12 and the price for the trade was good.

I think the most important part of Back Market purchasing is to be sure and READ the reviews of the supplier. There seems to be a noticeable difference between sellers that will "make or break" your satisfaction. My deal went great and I found exactly what I needed at a price point that fit my budget. Chasing new tech does get expensive. Back Market can help you save some time and money with the whole process. Looking for consistent, positive results from your seller is RULE #1!!!

I was able to search the website for the type and size device I wanted, and then I could review what was available and compare prices. Once I found what I was looking for, the buying process was simple, Back Market kept me informed via emails as to the status of my order, and it arrived in excellent condition.

The purchase went seamlessly until it was time for payment on my trade in. Bank check or credit card refund were not an option rather they “REQUIRED “ my checking account information as well as DATE OF BIRTH to issue payment through their payment processing partner Hyperwallet. I requested my trade in be returned to me and got a reply that it was already in the refurbishing process. What started out as a stellar experience ended on a flat tire.

In response to the reply on 7/2 - "payment options" there were no "options" rather one way and only one way to receive payment.

Every item we have bought from Backmarket has been exactly as described and also quite affordable.
