The items delivered arrived earlier than expected the shared video assembly instructions were extremely useful and did not take too long to build the desk.
I was very pleased with the communications and responsiveness of your team. One example was when I asked what colour of the desk top would be I was provided with at least 5 different options to choose from.

The service I received was of a high standard by the technician (Steven Holding). Steven was helpful, friendly and professional when delivering my new office chair. I was shown how to use my new chair and was given an instructions booklet to refer to when needed.
The ergonomic chair I am using for work is a lot better than my previous chair, and I can use this effectively in a way that works best for my current health needs.

I had a chair delivered and set up to my needs in my home which was arranged through my work at first I was a bit sceptical of how it was going to work but the delivery driver was so friendly and caring he took his time explaining everything and setting the chair exactly to how I need it.
The customer service team who contacted me to arrange delivery were so helpful and explained everything to me also.

Since then, we’ve used their DSE services several times and placed multiple orders for equipment — and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Everything, from placing the orders to receiving them, has been incredibly smooth and easy. We really appreciate the personal touches too, such as the helpful emails keeping us updated on our order and delivery. Items always arrived quickly, and we even received follow-up messages to make sure everything was okay. Oliver is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and always willing to offer alternative equipment suggestions that suit the user’s needs and budget. I didn't think a DSE could be carried out effectively online. However, the way the assessment was carried out, was so thorough and i was left shocked at how the assessor showed me how bad my posture was. I was reassured about what i needed in real time and the received a 360 assessment of my workstation. I would recommend this to anyone.
