We have just bought a Cosatto bundle and couldn't be more pleased. We ended up coming in several times to have a look around and the staff were so helpful. Staff are more than happy to talk you through the different prams and also are happy for you to play about with the samples so you can decide what you want.
Absolutely fantastic shop, wish I could rate higher.
They was so helpful in showing all the different styles of prams, when not knowing which ones would be best. The staff are lovely and helpful, and I would honestly recommend them to any new mums, because even if you are overwhelmed with everything they are perfect with you.

Living in Canada, I was trying to purchase a gift voucher for my niece. I tried to contact the store by phone without success but was able to connect with Sharna via email. We were able to complete the transaction using PayPal and Sharna offered to hand deliver the voucher. It took three attempts to hand deliver the voucher as my niece was not home the first two times. Exceptional service Sharna!

Lovely welcome when arriving at the shop, and lots of advice provided to make sure your needs are met. The shop offers a good variety of products too, with different price ranges to suit all customers. Super happy with our purchases, will definitely be back in the future.
Just a side note, at first it doesn’t look like there is much but there are a lot of things boxed up. So if there’s something specific you’re after I would ask as it will likely be in a box somewhere and the lady will be happy to get this for you.
