From introduction to insallation and on through use help advice and support was always available. The weekly Zoom meetings ensure everyone can keep up to date.

If I could give more stars..I would.Before being with Barn...I tried 3 other suppliers...All were useless..Now..with Barn..no problems whatsover.mulitiple appliances are on at the same time compared to 2..which still had problems..Greatest internet supplier on the planet as far as i am concerned..I cannot praise them enough

Our small villages were one of the first to install a B4RN network about 10 years ago. The main reason for this was to improve an existing poor internet provision provided by the BT network.

Once installed and running it provided a reliable ultra high speed broadband service for a reasonable cost.
Most people in our villages quickly became B4RN customers.

If there is a problem with the service customers can contact the B4RN help desk for a quick solution. No hours of delay listening to a chatbot.

Despite growing larger it still provides a friendly personal service which is hard to beat.

Excellent connectivity, but when I needed to discuss a connection and the position of cabling I couldn't find the answer and it was impossible to find anyone to speak with. In the end we dug the field to relay water pipes on a wing and a prayer

Amazing speeds, High reliability, Fast call out for problems. A wonderful community project that has succeeded and now growing fast.

From very poor WiFi for many years, Barn has provided us with consistently excellent connection. We even bought a SKY Glass TV because we are so confident of the service. We also wanted to keep our home phone connection and we managed to achieve that through Barn! Please keep up the good work!

The changeover was seamless , very professional engineers and helpful service staff. Much better internet connection for Mobile and TV and working from home. No problems since it was set up. Much cheaper for me than BT. Thank you so much!

Engineer arrived promptly and sorted the fibre broadband problem quickly. Mice had chewed the fibre inside the wall. Very impressed with the skill and diligence fixing the problem so quickly.

B4RN really has been so much better than other internet providers (and obviously about 5,000,000 x better than BT). When we set up the connection it didn't work on day one. I emailed B4RN on Saturday; the local engineer replied on Sunday (!) and came to fix it on Monday at 9am. Can you imagine BT responding like this.

Absolutely thrilled to be connected to B4RN. The internet connection is faultless (so far!), everything you could wish for to run a business in a rural area. The price is very reasonable. Installation was all very straightforward, great communication. 100% recommend to anyone tempted, you won't regret it.

Loses signal constantly. Complained numerous times. Answer always the same. Buy, yet another, signal booster.

Everyone we've dealt with at B4RN has been professional, friendly and efficient. From Tom, who dug the trench for the fibre across the garden by hand, to the very helpful guy on the helpdesk at Head Office who helped us install our new phone system. Speeds are excellent and the service is very reliable. Highly recommended - if B4RN is available to you, grab it with both hands!!

We like the ethos of the company. The installation was trouble-free, and we have had no trouble with the service since we went live. We occasionally hear of problems when farmers dig up cables and so on, but these are apparently dealt with rapidly. The broadband speed is much faster than we were used to, and on the odd times when I have contacted B4RN I get straight through to a real person. Keep it up!

Great communication, great system. Really helpful having someone on the end of a phone if needed with no chatbot preventing you from resolving any issues.
Significantly cheaper with VIOP and better speeds altogether.

I was in at the beginning, helping lay cable in our village.service has always been reliable, and help where needed. A big plus, is that if you ring the helpline, try something, then need more help you will often get the same person, no need to tell the whole story again. But really it's been very reliable.

Flawless service. Good communication well in advance of any maintenance / offline periods which are always in the middle of the night - and infrequent - so there's no disruption to our use.
