Great warranty policy! I bought my first Away in 2019 and have since gotten their luggage for the whole family. I have only had 2 minor issues that the company fixed right away. Both times the service and warranty guarantee was seamless.

I’ve owned Away luggage for a while, but their customer service has made me an even bigger fan. My suitcase was recently damaged during air travel, and Away handled the situation incredibly well. The process was easy, communication was great, and they sent me a brand-new replacement without making me jump through hoops.

I had a problem with my case and away send a replacement very quickly.

I have a few Away suitcases and bags and love their style and quality. I recently had an issue with the zipper on one suitcase. I reported it to the company and their response time was VERY impressive. I even gave them the information for the wrong bag (as I said, I have a few and have bought some as gifts for our children), but they even found the correct information for me before I could. They replaced my bag within a few days. So now I am pleased with their service as well as their style and quality!.

My claim was handled quickly and my bag replaced. So appreciate this level of customer service and standing behind their product.

Luggage broke and Away customer service was great at fixing the problem

Great warranty! My old suitcase was falling apart, became unusable. I submmited a claim and a new suitcase was shipped to me within a week. I wasn't happy with my old suitcase but they do have a good customer service.

You made getting my replacement bag so smooth and simple and had me jetway ready just a few days later. I’m so grateful!

One of our pieces of Away luggage ended up with a broken zipper and a broken divider. I contacted the company thinking that perhaps I could get those repaired but true to their advertised lifetime warranty policy, they immediately shipped out a new bag! I’m so impressed with how easy it was to make the claim (I went online, uploaded a short video documenting the damage) and their responsiveness (they got back to me within a day!). Absolutely fantastic customer service and so grateful that they don’t play any games with their warranty! I will continue to buy my luggage from this wonderful company!

Away replied to our repair request w/in a few hours & sent the part in a few days.

Away never lets me down when it comes to the life time warranty. What I missed was the emails with tracking of my replacement part. Just more communication. Also consider adding additional foam on the back of the handle and include a screw driver for more connivence. My part showed up but was a bit of a surprise 😊
