Trying to get anyone to talk seriously…

Trying to get anyone to talk seriously in person! My wife joined a Company pension scheme which promised to pay out when she retired at 60. Now 66 and still trying to get her pension, last paperwork sent to them in April 1st this year 2026 we are now at 4/8/26 without a response, does anyone at this Company have any idea how I can contact a person who will take a telephone call or respond to emails. Is there a formal complaints procedure I can contact to help sort this out.
