Great experience, customer service was spot on, greeted by a friendly technician who gave me a time to return, car was ready on time, looked great, very happy :)

Great service. Super communications. The technician was a lovely chap. 10 out of 10 all round.

The man installing the windscreen was super diligent and polite and tidy.
The service was easy to book in initially.
There was a hiccup with the time we were told to anticipate the engineer to be with us, and when he was dispatched from the HQ - but when I contacted Autowindscreens through the contact hub the man who got in touch was very polite and apologised, explaining the resourcing challenges they had been having.

Arrived as scheduled. Very pleasant technician. Chip repair done speedily and as expected with helpful advice re likely future issues.

Helpful and courteous technicians. The waiting room was clean, tidy and comfortable and the repair to my windscreen was dealt with quickly.

Windscreen changed but all seals on the bottom and sides of glass I fixed myself in other garage. After replacement I spend another £105 to fix windscreen replacement properly in my Mini R56 (side seal and bottom of windscreen) what made this over double cost for me. Including excess from insurance of £85 incorrect job made cost £200 in total.

The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star review is that although the car was booked in for a windscreen replacement, I didn’t know the time of the appointment until 24 hours beforehand.
The actual fitting of the screen all went very smoothly, and quickly. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Although it was scheduled to take 90 minutes, the windscreen took less than an hour to fit. I cannot fault the service I received.

I was in a crummy mood that day and the gentleman who helped fix my windscreen was so patient and kind. Even when I was the one bothered he was calm and polite. He helped me understand how long it would take and how the process went.
The job was done quick and his professionalism was top notch!

They will cancel appointments just to prioritise other people, avoid many other companies out there

The customer service is very poor with these guys. Firstly I waited 2 weeks for an apppointment then finally got the glass installed and the installer broke it and the crack that I have is now bigger than the original one.
Got a call back from the customer service rep to book in another appointment and wanted to complain, she was so unhelpfull and just wanted to get me off the phone so told me that my message has been sent.
I got a call back today, 4 days after I was told they would call me back. Finally gave my complaint and the customer service rep still didnt listen to me, I wanted compensation for all the disruptions and got nothing
Will not use this company again

Absolutely amazing team at auto windscreens. I got lost on the way there and they came out and guided me right to the door. Job was carried out with professionalism and care

The call centre staff and garage staff were very friendly. However I had 2 problems after the repair.
1. An aerial sensor box became unfixed from my inside windscreen, as it had not been properly fixed. This was fixed by a technician at my home.
2. A few days later I discovered that upon using my rear windscreen washer, water squirted out of my inside front fascia.
This, annoyingly, required another 20 mile drive to Lincoln to be fixed. During the windscreen repai a tube had been dislodged and rested on the heating element.
