Horrible experiance with those guys
Horrible experiance with those guys, espacially David.They make me call them 3 times ,as apparemtlly I fill the forms wrong ,and if I do not pay them more they will cancel my policy,agreeded to that when monay I paid will run out. Today found out that they still took a monay from my account, has to reverse that via bank. Cant understand why after few houres on the phone still try to take my monay if the policy is parently invalid. Lets see what financial Ombudsman can say olabout that. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I wanted to clarify that when applying for an insurance policy, it is standard practice for insurance companies to check the CUE database to access any claims history. CUE is a central database that holds information on all insurance claims and incident reports made by policyholders. If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted. We apologise if this was not made clear to you during the conversation you had with us.

Extremely long telephone call
Extremely long telephone call. Didn't even provide policy number which I was led to believe would be on email. So now have to phone to get this to see my policy documents. Excessive repetition of questions already answered.

Customer experience in question
Had issues with this company before with auto renew debate.Debate was emphasised with small print terms & conditions.
You never see the customer service or policy detail until you need it, then it falls apart.
Lets not get too excited with the star rating until customer service is required !

Unable to get through to anyone via the…
Unable to get through to anyone via the online chat, no humans, just chat bots which are completely useless. Unable to alter my auto renewal as you need to liaise with someone to undo the automatic renewal setting, no good! You should have to opt in not opt out !!
