I've used this service to freight forward a few items that were not available here in the US. These guys have always been fast and easy to use. Their online portal is user friendly and straight forward. I highly recommend them for your forwarding needs

My first package has been processed. The process of forwarding from Australia has never been easier.

I have been using their services multiple times now and I am always 100% satisfied. It is affordable & quick. I would recommend their services to anyone.

AusFF offers a good service. This is exactly what I need, which is a local Australian address to receive my important hard copy letters.

I wish postage fees can be lower, but it is overall reasonable.

AusFF offers an actual local Australian mailbox address, not a PO Box, so it is a crucial advantage. Besides that, unlike a PO Box, I can maintain my AusFF account from overseas without any issues.

I have used the AusFF service for a few years, and the address that they give me remains the same (no change), which is excellent!

AusFF offers its customers the flexible choice to choose between scanning letters and physically forwarding them to an overseas address. If I want to forward multiple letters, I can use AusFF's service to consolidate the mails to one package (AusFF charges fees if there are many mails), and the price of shipping a consolidated package (including multiple letters) is the same (or slightly more expensive) as a package with a single letter.

It will save costs for customers. For example, if they have 5 letters, they can consolidate them into 1 package, post only 1 package (not 5), and only have to pay shipping costs for 1 package, not 5.

Very simple system to use. They consolidated multiple packages for me and shipped with a very good rate to Canada! It's only been a few days since the package shipped so I will update once it arrives. 10/10 service so far! I was awaiting two packages, one from from NZ and one from Australia. Everything arrived within the given time frame and most importantly in a good shape (also thanks to the repackaging by AusFF).
Communication with AusFF was also very positive.
My only frustration: DHL-Express that was assigned by AustraliaPost to take over the last part of the delivery here in Germany (no useful tracking of the delivery, no information about additional payments e.g. customs, an additional "you're gonna pay it anyway, because it is from Australia" fee created by them etc.) - but that is something AusFF has nothing to do with.

I purchased an item from ebay in Australia to ship to Canada. It was on older "antique" item that the seller packaged in a box. When checking out with Ausff I noticed they had an option where I can pay extra to "double box" it. In other words, take the original box and put the item inside it. Double the protection I thought, well worth $5.00. What they did was the exact opposite. They took the original item OUT of the original box and simply put it in a plastic FEDEX shipping envelope. So instead of having 2 boxes, the item was shipped in one plastic bag. They least they could have done is ship it in the original box it came in even though I paid to have a double box. But what they did makes no sense. Who would do that and for what purpose. Completely wasted my time and money. I thought I was being extra cautious by going with the most expensive option out there. Turns out that sometimes the most expensive isn't the best.

The item arrive crushed. I would not recommend this company.

Edit: the response from the company is pure fabrication. They did not double box my item. I have the original packaging still and photos. Literally no box. Secondly I choose the Postal Carrier specifically because the item will be left for pick-up at the Post Office instead of me needing to be home when the driver comes. Had I wanted FedEx I would have selected FedEx. So I guess when you checkout on AussFF the carrier you select and pay for is just a "preference" but at the end of the day they use whomever they like? If that's the case I'd recommend putting that info on the site somewhere and more specifically on the page where you select the carrier. Possibly you might want to consider adding a "do not change carriers on me" button for users who have a specific carrier preference. Many of your competitors have this feature already. Or if you're changing carriers on someone the professional thing to do would be to email them and ask. Communication goes a long way.
