So this is the first Freight forward company I worked with in general, I decided to take a gamble and order a compute processor that was out of stock in the U.S and was available in Australia, I had some bad lick with 2 retail one that doesn't ship to freight forward the next it did, after waiting 5-6 days from Australia post to deliver my package AufFF received it, and I was impressive how fast they were to notify me 2 hours later after they receive my package, It was close to my bedtime in the U.S as it is 14 hours ahead of ours we are in EST.

I went ahead and made the payment and decided to choose DHL and took a gamble without going with insurance or double packaging(yeah a bit risky) since it was already expensive for shipping but i don't blame AusFF for this since this is pretty much anywhere.

Next day Ithey sent me an email that my package was upgraded to Fedex International priority and guess what the order was shipped on July 14th and I just got my order today 7/17/23 yeah 3 days it took to deliver my order from AUS to the U.S I was so impressive how fast it took and how well packaged it was, I didn't need to do double packaging because it was well packaged and came in perfect condition!.

I really recommend Ausff to anyone shopping from another country in AUS and need a freight forward service, these guys are quick and offer the best!, I'm satisfied and highly recommend them!

I am updating this review to reflect that Ausff does indeed value its customers' experiences. I just had a conversation with Mark from the team (I've always had great interactions with Mark--he's really helpful and caring), and we were able to identify a misunderstanding that occurred while I was entering details into their system for a price estimate. I also highlighted an issue with the website interface that could potentially lead to similar confusion in the future.

The whole time Mark was receptive and sincere in his efforts to remedy the situation, and told me he would pass on the feedback to their IT team to enhance the user experience. It was really encouraging to see that Ausff is open to constructive criticism and is proactive in making improvements for the benefit of their customers. I see why they're highly rated by customers now and I highly recommend them.

When I was first considering whether to register an account with Ausff, I wanted to be sure the forwarding shipping cost wouldn't be too expensive. I typed in the dimensions and weight of the product I wanted to order, and it gave me a range of prices with AUD $18 being the cheapest. Cool, I thought, that's a reasonable shipping price.

I proceeded to order my product, pay for it, and had it shipped to the receiving address as instructed by Ausff. Today I get a notification that my order has arrived at Ausff and is ready to be shipped to my home address. I go on to the Ausff website to process the forwarding, and all of a sudden my shipping options have all become several times more expensive than the original estimates, with the cheapest option is AUD $76, making more expensive than the product I ordered, thus not even worth the cost of shipping of forwarding the item now.

Good, lots of shipping option to my country. Beenusing Ausff for ages now for all my shipping.

I was very sceptical, especially after reading the fine print and seeing the bad English spelling. Even more so after having to give over copies of my ID and bank statement for verification, there was no way I was going to give over scans of my C/Card but they have a Paypal option so you know your money is safe in that sense. I did email them to ask about the verification process and that it seemed dodgy, but to this day I haven't had a response which isn't great. It did all work out though as I received my item from AUS to the UK within a week and only got a £25 customs fee for a 6kg set of car floor mats. Shipping wasn't super cheap but wasn't ridiculous using the Express option. Overall, quite pleased and will use again in the future if needs be.

Bought an authentic Matilda's jersey for the 2023 women's world cup and had it shipped to the address they provided. Getting it sent to me back in the US was quick and easy, however it was pretty expensive (which is to be expected, especially since I picked the international priority FedEx option). I included the box option to protect the jerseys, and was impressed with the packaging. I would definitely use this service again.

Really efficient fast service. Made it really easy to use what I thought was a daunting process.

The shipment was sent the next day they have received it and was well packed.

The website looks a little outdated, but the actual communication by customer service is very quick and accommodating for user error.

We would certainly consider using this service again to transfer packages from Australian retailers that don't ship directly to NZ.

I'm in Canada, and I ordered a cell phone from an Australian web store that doesn't do international shipping. The signup process was easy and straightforward, and the package was quickly passed along to the shipper once they had received it. There were also a bunch of shipping options provided to get it here, with a variety of available ship speeds and budgets. Would use again.

I was very nervous to buy my cooktop, which is only available in Australia/New Zealand and have it shipped to me in Seattle, WA. This is a very expensive purchase, a fairly large box (36"/90cm wide cooktop), and it has a glass cooktop, so lots of things for me to be worried about.

But every step of the way left me feeling supported and informed. I contacted customer service 3 separate times to ask some questions and they were super helpful and responsive every single time. Thanks Mark!

They let me know instantly when my package arrived at their shipping location, and chatted with me about different shipping options to consider things like price/insurance/speed. And when there was an issue with paying the customs import taxes in the USA, they forwarded that message to me right away so I could take care of it.

Would not hesitate for an instant to use them again or recommend them to others.

Usually when ordering of shipping forwarding companies, my package would be in their system 2 or 3 days after confirmed delivery. However, with AUSFF, this was instant. And I was able to place my order to be shipped to my address in Papua New Guinea. Customer service so far has been top tier.

Buying items on in online Australian shops has been extremely easy for me with an excellent package forwarding service provided by AusFF.

Ausff.com.au is very good mail forwarding company. Very fast, easy and secure receiving and shipping mails and parcels. Highly recommend.

Their customer service has been really pleasant and competent. I think I must have asked them a thousand questions and they have answered everything patiently. Their website is straight forward and easy to use.

Their service is pretty quick and efficient. My package showed up on their system less than an hour after I got the delivery notification from AusPost. A couple of days later I received a pre-delivery photo and then the package was shipped. Today I got the package in perfect shape.

In terms of shipping services, they offer all the major ones so you can choose whichever works best for you.

What really baffles me is the few reviews that had mentioned the costs being high. This is not the case at all. Ausff is charging very little for their own services, and as for the shipping costs, that's each shipping service's prerogative. A direct quote from DHL, Fedex or any of the rest of them shows the same price. [I actually checked this.]

All in all I'm very happy I found Ausff and I'd definitely do business with them again.

Fantastic experience with AUSFF. Desperately wanted a book that was out of stock worldwide other than in Australia, and the bookseller wouldn’t ship outside of Australia and New Zealand. So I cold-called AUSFF, set up an account, and crossed my fingers. To my amazement the book arrived in Canada fewer than two weeks later in pristine condition. Could not have been a smoother or more satisfactory transaction. Thank you!
