Our experience with Kelly Edwards through Audley travels was exceptional from start to finish. She created a truly customized and personalized vacation for a family of four including two teenagers and every detail was thoughtfully planned. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We always felt informed and prepared which made a big difference in traveling internationally. The accommodations were not only beautiful, but perfectly located, allowing us to fully enjoy each destination without unnecessary stress. The excursions were spot on, engaging, well, organized, and perfectly situated for both adults and teens is struck a great balance between sightseeing, culture and downtime. What really set Audley travels apart was the ongoing support during the trip. Knowing we had a resource in Italy to contact if anything that came up, provided incredible sense of reassurance. Traveling in a different country comes with a lot of moving parts especially with kids and having expert guidance to help navigate it all with truly priceless. A special thank you to Kelly Edwards, who was amazing to work with—attentive responsive experienced and clearly dedicated to making our trip unforgettable. We would highly recommend Kelly Edwards if you are planning on traveling to Italy, and want a seamless personalized travel experience.

Ours was a trip with a lot of complicated logistics: myself, my wife, and 10-year-old granddaughter heading to South Africa from Washington, DC, meeting up with our 13-year-old granddaughter flying unaccompanied from New Zealand. Thora Taylor from Audley set it all up just right, then reset it on the fly after the Iran war blew up our plan to all meet in Dubai and go on to South Africa from there. She also did a great job of listening carefully to what we wanted and finding us lodging in Cape Town and on safari in Kruger National Park that was perfect without being budget busting. Couldn't be more satisfied!

We have just returned from the most wonderful adventure in NZ. Our imaginative, all encompassing itinerary was skilfully put together by Amy Waters from Audley Travel with her first hand experience.

We booked our trip to New Zealand just 3 weeks before we travelled. Rebecca was our travel consultant and nothing was too much trouble.
We spoke to Rebecca at length during the process. Rebecca listened to what we want from the trip and exceeded our expectations.
We felt reassured throughout the process and listened to her trusted and knowledgeable advice. We felt that Rebecca tailor-made the trip for us and it wasn't just an off the shelf package.
When away we required an adjustment to our travel plans due to a cyclone. Audley and their partners in New Zealand made us aware of the issue, gave us options and made sure the transition went seamlessly.
Upon our return Rebecca made an appointment for us to speak to her via TEAMS. Upon speaking to her she was genuinely interested in how the trip went and exciting by our tales and experiences.
I would highly recommend Audley as a trusted travel company and we are already looking to book again with them.

Our self-driving trip to Wales was our eighth trip with AudleyTravel. Every trip has been perfect! When you consider the dozens of myriad details that comprise foreign travel, a lot can go wrong. Multiply that by eight. We have never had a single issue on any of our AudleyTravel tours.
If you are considering a trip to Wales, and you should, go no further than AudleyTravel and ask for Mareesa Ahmad, the country specialist (also England,Scotland, Ireland, and Iceland) who is the rock star of travel specialists, the very best! She developed a perfect itinerary for us; even kept in contact while in country.

The service from Audley was excellent from start to finish with them making a real effort to get to know us and what we were looking for from our holiday. They were always honest and realistic about what we could expect and consequently the trip happily lived up to our expectations and more.
The hotel and support services that they used were also excellent and we were incredibly well looked after whilst away. Many thanks to everyone and particularly to Olivia and Cameron for their support and advice throughout.

First, working with Laura Coughlin made me at ease about the trip. I have traveled overseas many times, 41 different countries to be exact. Thus, I understand the potential issues and had concerns. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions with clear answers. She convinced me the trip would be fun and safe. She understated how great it was going to be.
The guide in Cape Town, Henry, was fantastic and his experience and connections were the best. The tour around Cape Town to include Boulders Beach was amazing. The tour to the wine country that included Ernie Els winery was wonderful. I am a golfer and to see his trophy room was a once in a lifetime experience. My wife learned about the different wines in South Africa and found that we could purchase the wine here in the U.S. And, yes, we did. The safari at Sabi Sands was more that our wildest dreams. The accommodations, people, and the environment exceeded our expectations. The people at the Arathusa lodge were warm and friendly. Ashley, Michelle, Roy, Norm, Jeaneth, and Leonard were great and provided an experience second to none. Seeing and photographing the animals in their natural habitat up close and personal was monumental. Thanks to our guide and tracker, we were fortunate to see a Pangolin, a rare animal not often seen.
To say we would recommend working with Laura and doing this experience is an injustice. If I could, I would tell the entire world about working with Laura and the experience is an absolute must.

We had the most lovely time at Denis Island - the Island is totally wonderful combining authentic Jungle and white beaches with excellent and very friendly staff and delicious food - you will not be disappointed! Kate Dunlop from Audley was terrific and excelled herself despite very trying times in the middle east which disrupted flights - thank you Kate!

My wife and I toured Thailand in February 2026, with our son and daughter in law to celebrate their wedding anniversary and a couple of special birthdays. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip and have nothing but praise for the way Hannah (AudleyTravel) compiled our trip. She took time to listen to our wishes and shared her extensive knowledge of the country so that we got the best experience.
Our guide was superb and nothing was too much trouble including making changes to our itinerary at short notice.
Hannah advised us on the choice of accommodation and our hotels were excellent especially the amazingly situated Float House on the banks of the River Kwai.
We would certainly recommend AudleyTravel thus us our 2nd trip with them and certainly won’t be our last.

A superb holiday in Vietnam (curated for us by Christian) and one which ticked all the boxes. The itinerary was designed carefully and met all of our planning requirements. The trip (which included a 3 day stop in Singapore on the way out - to deal with the jet lag issue and would recommend!) ran to the minute and we were able to get a real feel for the country and its people through the in-country guides. We were never rushed and always had time to explore. Most days we had a trip or visit planned and every time the activity was so much better than the description! Worth mentioning that the hotels we stayed in were outstanding and ‘boutique style’ - which meant we got to know many of the staff and they looked after us at every step. The Audley ‘Companion App’ that is provided is superb - we even used the journal function which provides an excellent way of remembering the daily highlights. The service we were provided was second to none, their in-country knowledge excellent and the travel partners they use really know their stuff; it really takes the hassle out of pulling a trip together and provides so much more access ‘behind the scenes’ than if we had arranged this ourselves.

Joining up the dots for a month in New Zealand is a big challenge, but Amy spent the time listening to us and learning about the type of clients we were. We had several video calls where we initially covered sights not be missed and then filled-in details of hotels getting around etc. The itinerary and the trip were sensational, a land of spectacular scenery and Amy completely nailed the brief! Our tour embraced both the North and South islands and we were so glad that we placed our trust in her as it’s a long way to go and it’s really important that you can discuss with someone who’s actually been to these places and can make suggestions. I’ve been very impressed with their high professionalism and support even when we were in the country and wanted to alter something. And finally getting us on the Hobbiton tour was a small detail but so glad we visited!

Audley arranged a holiday for us to Borneo (Sepilok and Sakau), Kuala Lumpur, Penang George Town and then onto the island of Langkawi. It was truly an amazing trip with such variety and splendour, a trip to remember. People, places and food were absolutely fabulous. If you’re looking for forest, mangroves, wildlife, city, history, culture, beautiful beaches and welcoming people then these places are definitely for you.

Lily Cohen helped make our dream vacation possible. We are new to international travel and she had a lot of suggestions and options that put our concerns and nerves at ease. She really listened to what we were looking for on this trip and made sure we were able to fit it all in. Even a couple of last minute changes didn’t phase her and her team. The peace of mind knowing everything was booked and handled for us was priceless. We can’t wait to start planning our next adventure and make new memories.

We/I would have been on 4 trips with Audley but 2 of them we did not book. Cambodia, Loas, Singapore and Malaysia was very good and included the Orient Express from Singapore to Bangkok. This no longer runs, it derailed during our trip. Not Audley's fault as it was clear the old wooden sleepers were rotten and there were piles of concrete sleepers beside the tracks. My children still loved the train, we all love trains. One of the guides who was a monk was very resentful about his brother who became a US citizen and he had been given to the monastery at a young age. We had paid to be driven from Loas to Cambodia as we like to see the country side and stop off en route. He continually tried to persuade me to fly which we did not want to but would have given him a paid day off and reported this to Audley. This was my eldest 18th birthday gift and she flew home earlier for a music festival which was arranged well. Generally the rest of the trip was what we expected in high end hotels. The next trip we arranged was for my middle child's 18th birthday who wanted to go to LA and then to San Francisco and the National Park. This was well organised and was a joy, although the first hotel in LA I would rate at 2 star. One of the other hotels provided 2 x 70's style bedrooms were filthy. The so called spa was not something we did use. It was similar to Cohen brothers film set and the breakfast was disgusting and not what we expected or paid for. The receptionist said it was their cheapest room booked by an American agent which they receive lots of complaints for. For this trip and all trips we have Rimowa Cabin plus which are larger than other carry ons but are allowed on BA for overhead luggage. Audley would only book us on Virgin and would not allow me to book our own flights. A Titanium case which currently costs over £1,000.00 was badly damaged. We also left another hotel after 1 night as it was dreadful and paid for more nights ourselves at the next destination. I felt very pressurised by the 'sales assistant', who told me, 'I have spent a lot of time on this'. Clearly commission is the key here! The next trip I was interested in booking was just for myself to Japan for 4 weeks as I have a friend in Osaka and wanted to visit a number of places my friend has suggested. The first account manager went off sick and the new account manager, just stopped calling me. My youngest went up to Oxford Uni, and for my own reasons due to the pressure students are under there, I would have opted out, due to his and most of the other students mental health. The 4th trip was to celebrate his 21st birthday as Covid was an issue around his 18th. He wanted to stay about a week in Paris where a friend of his lives and then travel on the Orient Express to Venice in separate cabins. I tried to book this through Audley and was told that we could not stay in Paris for a few nights and qualify for the Euro Business Class and pick up from our hotel. I rang Eurostar and they said, 'of course you can'. All went smoothly and the journey was a joy. The other issue was my son wanted to fly home to London for an event and I wanted to come back on The Orient Express and then get the Eurostar back, which I did. When the account manager called me and asked if we were booking with her, I told her our plans and that the Orient Express Team did not agree with what she had told me. I don't feel assured that she even asked them, as it was a breeze for me to book 2 cabins and 2 seats there and a B.A. flight home for him and the train for me. I would add that as we booked a cabin each on the way out and a cabin just for me on the way home Orient expressed offered us free drinks and cocktails both ways. Something I donot think we would have had with Audley.

This was the second trip to Malaysia arranged for me by Audley Travel (shorter than the first) and it was just as successful. This time I was accompanied by the whole of my close family (8 people across 3 generations), spending time in George Town, Penang (my birthplace) and Pangkor Laut Resort. The E & O Hotel in George Town is a long-time favourite of mine, and its Heritage Wing cleverly combines a nostalgic 'colonial' feel with luxurious comfort. Pangkor Laut is a 'beach holiday with a difference', offering vigorous activity for those who want it and luxurious idleness for those who don't. The staff/service in both locations were wonderful. The food too was always excellent, and we were pleased to enjoy so many delicious local and regional dishes, for which George Town in particular is famous.

We had the best honeymoon travelling in Borneo with Audley. Charlotte our specialist created a holiday perfectly catered around our interests, with incredible wildlife experiences, adventure and luxury.

Voicing our requirements to Ardley, each detail was thoughtfully executed by the Audley team, ensuring that we had a perfect holiday in South Island, New Zealand, and our every need was taken care of.

Ewan Pétrie organised a superb holiday for us in Sicily. The hotels he chose were perfect and the itinerary proved to have exactly the right mix of adventure, culture, art, history and the glorious wonders of our natural world. All our guides were charming and interesting, making sure we were able to fully savour the joys and flavours of Sicily. This was our fifth holiday with Audley and we will certainly be back again another day. Many thanks Ewan.

I want to take this opportunity to highly recommend Audley Travel and KRISTEN ZIINO. We traveled to Egypt with 14 people from all over the east coast of the US. Kristen was so responsive to all our needs and questions. We were never waiting for answers as she was on top of everything. She took care of having everyone pay her so I was not responsible and that was helpful. The binder Audley provided was full of all the info we needed.

Besides touring Cairo Kristen had to set up a dahabiya with full crew. Everything ran like clockwork! The drivers and guides were where we needed them to be. The flights to Luxor and from Aswan happened without issue. Our guide was an Egyptologist GAMAL OMAR. I would highly recommend asking for him if you re planning a trip to Egypt. He was so so knowledgable and helpful to our group. Taking the boat from Luxor to Aswan was beautiful , relaxing and interesting. There was a lovely pool/spa on board. The staff was at our beck and call all day. The food in Cairo and on the boat was very good and there was a lot of it!

We were a bit nervous about traveling to Egypt with all that has been going on with Israel and Iran. Kristen was super patient with us and willing to talk with those who were waffling about going. She did not push but she gave us info from people who were currently there which was so reassuring.

We had a fabulous time thanks to Kristen and Gamal. The family will have memories forever from a country with so many ancient historical sites to explore. Thank you Kristen and Gamal!

Lauren Middleton with Audley created an amazing trip to Italy for us. Even with changes we had to make, she was so patient and helpful. The trip was one we will never forget! The hotel in Rome was exceptional with amazing views. The private guides were so knowledgeable and answered all our questions! Will be using Lauren and Audley Travel to go back to Italy!
