David was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in organising our trip to Borneo, which was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We wanted a special tour to Southern Africa for our Golden Wedding. Harriet arranged the most magical trip to Cape Town, Safari and Victoria Falls while keeping to our budget.
We have fabulous memories and we knew that Audley were the only people to use for this trip.

Audley were outstanding, we felt so ‘looked after’ for the booking process, the pre-trip check in, whilst we were away and when we got back. Booking through Audley made our trip feel extra special and stress free knowing that all the in-country transfers were organised for us. We couldn’t recommend them more! Natasha, Africa Specialist, was fabulous and hit all the things we wanted!

We booked our Honeymoon with Natasha in Jan 2025, 18 months before travel. This meant that the conflict in the Middle East affected our travel plans; Audley/Natasha dealt with this flawlessly, resulting in a change in itinerary of only an hour or two which was a million miles from what we expected.

Recently returned from a 14 night yacht cruise around the Galapagos Islands plus two overnights on land (Quito and Puerto Ayora) as a solo traveller. Superbly organised through their ground agents who escorted me from airport to hotel to airport to cruise, I was very well looked after by personable and knowledgeable staff.

The cruise itself was fantastic - the yacht was very comfortable, the crew were really friendly and welcoming, the naturalist guide was excellent and we saw amazing wildlife and volcanic scenery. I couldnt have wished for better.

Co-ordinated by Charlotte, a really enjoyable and memorable trip through Malaysia/Singapore. As usual, proved to be in very good hands with Audley ...a nice mix of very good and/or interesting hotels, the connections/transfers/ticketing/excursions all worked seamlessly. Though rarely needed, local agents responded very quickly to messages/queries. Audley our go-to company for bespoke multi-location long haul vacations.

It’s difficult to put into words just how incredible our honeymoon was, but we owe so much of it to Audley Travel.

From the very first conversation with Charlotte, we knew we were in good hands. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created an itinerary that was absolutely perfect for us. Every detail was taken care of, so all we had to do was enjoy the experience.

Our journey began with two wonderful nights in Kuala Lumpur in a beautiful luxury hotel before heading to Kuching, where we spent five unforgettable days discovering the incredible wildlife and culture of Sarawak. During our stay we enjoyed a fantastic day exploring Bako National Park, visited the orangutan sanctuary, took a memorable river cruise to see the rare Irrawaddy dolphins, and experienced the vibrant atmosphere of the local night market. Every excursion was expertly organised and gave us a real appreciation for the beauty of Borneo. We then ended our honeymoon with five nights of complete paradise on Gaya Island, where we relaxed in absolute luxury and reflected on the most amazing two weeks of our lives.

Everything worked seamlessly. Every transfer was waiting for us, every hotel exceeded our expectations, and every guide was friendly, passionate and genuinely cared about making our trip special. We never once had to worry about logistics – we simply enjoyed every single moment.

Charlotte deserves a huge thank you. Her organisation, attention to detail and thoughtful planning made what was already a once-in-a-lifetime trip even more special. She created memories that we’ll treasure forever.

This wasn’t just the best holiday we’ve ever had – it was the perfect honeymoon and an experience we’ll never forget. We came home with incredible memories, thousands of photos and a real love for Borneo and Malaysia.

Audley Travel were great to work with and definitely took any stress away that comes with trying to book complicated travel arrangements on your own. Mark Robinson was very knowledgeable and helpful and I felt he listened to us and made really useful suggestions. He was also very quick to respond when we had a query regarding an internal flight during the holiday

I cannot recommend Audley Travel, and Mark Robinson, enough. We enjoyed an amazing trip to Borneo and Mark asked all the right questions so that our trip was personalised and perfect for us. In Borneo all transfers were timely & comfortable. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. A perfect trip!

Laura Coughlin curated the most memorable trip to Tanzania. Every detail was thoughtfully planned making our entire experience seamless. Every lodge and camp was exceptional and we felt truly welcomed, spoiled and never rushed. The staff at each camp (Dunia and Olakira) genuinely cared about creating an unforgettable experience for us. On our last day at the Olakira camp, we got to witness the season’s first zebras make the crossing (safely 😅) across the Mara River. It was an extraordinary moment that we owe to the expertise and perseverance of our incredible guide, Daniel.
We returned home with memories we’ll treasure forever and owe it all to Laura and Audley.

We had an amazing experience with. Audley travel and Sarah Quigley. She put together an amazing trip for my family to Switzerland and Italy. This was our first time to Europe and it was a wonderful experience. Everything from our transportation to hotels and excursions all went as planned and everything set up for us was just what we wanted. They listened to what we wanted and they delivered it for us. I would highly recommend using them to help set up your vacation!

Robyn curated a fantastic safari trip to South Africa for us. The accommodation and service at our Simbavato Hilltop Lodge was excellent, overlooking a lake with a family of hippos who loved showing off! The guides were very knowledgeable and we saw the Big 5 and more. Cape Town is a beautiful city and we thank Robyn for organising our day trips and itinerary there too.

We booked our honeymoon to South Africa and Mauritius through Audley Travel and had a fantastic experience. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, everything ran smoothly, and the balance between safari, exploring and relaxing was perfect. The team were knowledgeable, responsive and easy to deal with throughout. A truly unforgettable trip and we would happily recommend Audley.

Eric helped us plan our trip to Portugal. He really listened and got a good feel for what our family likes to do on vacation. Every excursion he booked us on was exceptional. The trip went seamlessly. I’ve used other agencies in the past and not had such a good result. We wanted a small resort in Zanzibar, a bit of luxury, a lot of relaxation with a casual relaxed feel and we also wanted to visit Zanzibar. Isabelle at Audley ticked all of our boxes - based also on her personal experience at the Zawadi Resort. Everything she told us about was absolutely true and she understood our brief perfectly. We had the most amazing time. We have used Audley for many years and really would not trust out precious holiday plans with anyone else. Their specialists are so knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Really recommend the resort and certainly would recommend Audley.

Grace Naylor was amazing as our Iceland specialist ! We had a once in a lifetime trip and it couldn't have gone smoother thanks to Grace's planning.She was patient in answering all of my questions and the back and forth about the itinerary. All of the services she booked were incredible and at a very high standard. Couldn't recommend her more!

Tanzania Safari trip.

This was our first safari and second trio with Audley, and what an experience it turned out to be in Tanzania.

The whole trip was organised brilliantly from start to finish. A big thank you to Robyn, who answered all of our questions over the months leading up to the holiday and sorted out a few "unexpected" issues before we travelled. I just had to seat and enjoy the trip.

The trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating my (slightly late! birthday, could have ask for a better one than seeing all those animals especially a baby elephant.

Our guide, Shaban, was outstanding. We never felt rushed, he shared so much knowledge and I specially enjoyed finding the Rhino and Leopard with him, and somehow always he seemed to know where to be at the right time. From our balloon safari over the Serengeti to watching lions, elephants, cheetahs and countless other animals and even a honey badger.

I'd also like to thank the team at our Tarangire camp. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
