Had an issue with bank information…

Had an issue with bank information which meant my membership wasn't paid through no fault of my own. Charlie was very understanding and waived late fees and did everything to help me with my payment. Fantastic service!

Sophie 11/10 customer service

Sophie on Webchat is an asset to Ashbourne whoever is her manager, give her some praise, maybe even a cheeky day off or something? Honestly sorted my issue out so quick and was so polite even tho I was a bit ratty, sorry lol, I was ready to leave my gym because of the issue but Sophie saved the day, thanks again queen have the best day ever

I recently contacted customer support to cancel my gym membership, and I just wanted to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Jemma. From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional customer service and made what could have been a tedious process remarkably smooth and pleasant.

She went well above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and correctly, taking the time to explain the steps clearly and making sure there were no issues or confusion along the way.
