Used the Chat service (Amanda) very helpful and sorted my membership direct debit and cancellation on my old gym. Very easy, stress free and to quick response.
Had an issue with bank information which meant my membership wasn't paid through no fault of my own. Charlie was very understanding and waived late fees and did everything to help me with my payment. Fantastic service!
Shannon was very helpful in helping me with cancelling my membership and sorting the payments out. Very quick and friendly!
