Well-established, reliable and trusted rental company…
We received a Volvo with automatic transmission, although we had booked a manual car. This was an excellent upgrade and made the journey even more comfortable.
The collection process was simple and quick, with very little paperwork. We had no problems during the rental period, so we cannot comment on how the company handles unexpected issues or complaints.
However, during our 1,200-mile journey, we saw many cars from this company on the road, which gave us the impression that it is a well-established, reliable and trusted rental company.
