Poor service
No corresponded from the delivery company. One man delivered it. The item was delivered damaged. When I contacted to ask for a replacement they couldn’t tell me when this would happen and said 48hours. Still nothing. I asked for refund told no as I had asked for a replacement. Said I am expected to wait indefinitely for an item I have paid for that is damaged and now you are refusing me a refund. They organised a collection for refund. Again 48 hour wait to find out when it would be collected. Different experience with the delivery company, they contacted, they kept me updated and 2 people collected. Funny once you got involved. Now I am still waiting for my refund!!!! I will never use Argos again.

Seamless buying on the app.
Seamless buying on the app just choose your item, pay and then your sent details of transaction and time it will be ready to pickup, then wait until you are notified it's ready to pickup they even send you a notification on your fone to show on arrival that the staff scan which makes it so much easier.
