Very bad service if I have 0 marks option I give 0 mark .

Says out for delivery almost a week now. No delivery, no update. What company says they will deliver but doesn't?

Reply from Aramex
Why is there no zero star option? Aramex were to delivery a package from THe USA but "lost" it after customs. Three weeks later after chasing them up they "found" it. It was then listed in transit for a another two weeks after which they said a delivery was attempted. Some two weeks later in arrived in a Auspost parcel. These are the worst operators in the industry: unreliable, untruth and they (and me) would probably be better off if all they did was to just repackage into Auspost parcels.

There is no zero star option, this company delivery service is laughable. My parcel has just gone in to unable to deliver status, and I have been given an option to rebook delivery and there may be a charge of $5.50.
There has been no attempt to deliver this parcel today.
Moving forward if a company uses Aramex as there delivery company I will not be ordering from that company.
This is not my first bad experience, just the first time I am documenting it.

Any company that uses Aramex deserves every refund, chargeback, and furious customer complaint it gets. Aramex is not a courier service, it’s a business-risk delivery system. Parcels vanish into excuses, support is useless, drivers are unreliable, and nobody takes responsibility for anything. Choosing Aramex to save a few dollars is not cost-cutting, it’s contempt for your customers. Use them, and don’t act shocked when people stop trusting your business.

This has been the worst shipping company I’ve had to deal with. The level of customer service is extremely poor, and in many cases, completely nonexistent.
I’ve had to call multiple times just to get the same basic information, and each time I’m met with inconsistent answers. Most of the representatives seem unsure of what they are doing and are unable to provide clear updates on where my parcels are.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and highly unprofessional.

Have had several deliveries by Aramex and have even asked companies to send via Aramex because I know I’ll get fast delivery. I live in rural Queensland, and products I buy from NSW arrive on the second day of dispatch.
Thanks Aramex Australia

Everytime I order from Amazon they either use Australia post which is fantastic, or aramex. EVERY SINGLE TIME my package is damaged, crushed and even showing signs of water damage. STOP USING ARAMEX AMAZON!!!

Reply from Aramex
Not even worthy of half a star. How does this company continue to trade? Accept consignments they don't deliver. When they do items are significantly damaged.

Reply from Aramex
Don’t use them if you can-I’ll be telling all companies not to use them.
Have security footage of the drivers dropping parcel over the fence when they’re clearly labeled and taped up with “fragile” tape. They leave the gate wide open when we have a sign saying shut the gate as we have dogs. We even politely wrote a sign saying “please shut the gate as we have dogs and please do not drop parcels over the gate”..the last delivery stopped and read the sign and then proceeded to THROW the parcel about 3mts towards the front door...all on camera! Contacted Aramax via email..no response so I rang them to give them feedback. They basically condoned the disrespectful behaviour by saying we have dogs (that 99% of the time are locked in the back garden) and it’s our fault for not providing a box or parcel area for delivery!!
Not happy aramax and maybe a good “today tonight” report and investigation coming your way.
Dont use them at all

The WORST in the business!! Almost ZERO customer service. Ridiculous, unjustified delays and nothing but 'spin' when trying to follow up deliveries.

Reply from Aramex
No point calling the call center when we cannot understand them and they cannot understand basic english. Very frustrating and get no where.

Aramex gives consistently poor experience with deliveries. I have faced several issues with Aramex, and I found it incredibly frustrating that the support team of the company of my recent delivery shifted the blame onto me for the poor delivery standards rather than taking responsibility for the service provider they choose to use - Aramex.

The most infuriating couriers in Australia.
Poor communication. Refuse to deliver parcels to our residential address despite being in town boundary. ( Three minutes drive from Princes hwy)
Takes parcel from vendors then decide to not deliver. Cites us as being outside delivery area..who ever decided we are outside of the delivery area has clearly not looked at where we are.
Resorted to driving an hour each way to depot in North Geelong to find missing parcels. Beyond frustrated.
Upper management to blame not the depot staff. Get your act together Aramex. This is beyond redicilous.
Note. As of today ( 28th April) Received what can be described as a generic response. Directed to a link. This is EXACTLY the problem with this company. No one takes responsibility for issues or follow up. Your enquiry gets lost in a never ending Labrinth of online dodging. It's tough trying to run a business when getting parts to a major regional town is such an issue.
I now refer to myself as an " AVOA" which is Another Victim Of Aramex.
I'm not going away Aramex. Now I'm motivated more than ever, time to delve deep into your business structure and see where the buck stops.
Do not send me another bullshit link to an online useless enquiry form.
You have my name and address in your system. I'm calling you out, senior management.

Driver parked across driveway
Too busy in phone yo pay attention to address.
Lied and said it was his manager on phone when asked to get off the phone. Came clean when he realised I filmed him.
Customer service meant to get back to me
Nothing
Update.
But they have made a token gesture on this side after I complained here for me to get in contact with them but no thank you I'd rather just let everybody know the kind of service they can expect.
You had a chance to impress me when you delivered my parcel and you failed.

Been trying for a couple of days to get answers as to why my consignment hasn’t been scanned for over a week. Melbourne to Rockhampton you’d think 5 working days would be enough. But now it’s late without explanation. All I get is crickets in response. I think their franchisee business model leaves a lot to chance. Had I known the company I purchased from would sent my order via Aramex I would have chosen a different option

Again and again no information about the problem no delivery worst delivery service in Australia if something is being sent through them hold my breath waiting for it to arrive

Reply from Aramex
Can't deliver a parcel and contact centre has no idea. They also request money to release a parcel if they have not been able to deliver a few times, which happens when they don't actually ring the bell.

Reply from Aramex
one of the worst! been a month for a simple delivery.
