1st time: Had a sensitive parcel being delivered to my townhouse by Aramex, 1 meter in an open with 60 letter boxes in a complex were they put junk mail, this area is public domain, 1 meter from the road gutter - 2nd time (I have photos but mine are zoomed out not like your deceptive photo) that give false delivery messeges and deleted time stamps. I rang them and got a person that was a call center overseas - I asked her if I can speak to her manager - she replied its not possible, then I asked who dose she work for, she said she cannot answer? I tried looking for my parcel to find were it was on lookup my parcel - had to make an account - failed to locate - tried on my PC and was forced to make another account failed to locate again, it says email is unrecognisable... so it's impossible to track your parcel now. **Theres no need for Apologies** I already lodged a form to the Fair Trading and luckly they answered my email after I choose I been hacked email - they ended up giving me 2 more phots with the data deleted for time stamps which they deleted themselves to cover up they're illegal practices which am using now for more evidence photos have been tampered with to Fair Trading.
Aramex could of avoided all this drama by placing that large parcel at my door like all other corriers do (6 to count them all), instead they put it next to the road.
I would have let this slip and not worried about it, but they continue to place large parcels in public areas. And then email me saying my parcel there but it hasn't arrived yet.
Not only is Aramex required by law to put the parcel in a safe place - the time of delivery and time stamps on the photo prove Aramex's fraudulent activities with no regard for the Australia Laws.
BTW - I don't except your apology at all. and I'll see that you start placing my parcels in a safe place even if I need to force you with Fair Trading ACCC. I'm an owner of a 3D Studio and will deny any company using your services including your sister companies as well.

If I could give them -1 stars, it will still not reflect how ridiculously BAD their service is...to say that their tracking system is unreliable it's an understatement... They show the parcel as delivered, (doesn't matter that you were home all day that day and nobody showed up) and when you attempt to process a re-delivery, the system gives you an error claiming the package hasn't been attempted to be delivered yet... You contact costumer service and they are morons...I wonder if they are a bunch of morons, that either do not have common sense or that they really do not care.... Funny thing, I never choose Aramex, the few times I had to deal with them...always a painful experience, they are the sender's choice... hoping companies realise that they lose business by partnering with them.... Ohhhh and also, I just remembered, first hand experience, they also break the goods I received once... They truly are the worst... senders, please stop using their (lack of) services

Hello friends, here we meet again for another “Complaining about Aramex” season 3 chapter 1.
You can check the previous episode of my complaints (2023 -parcel delay on nom-festive season, and 2025 (about a package with the size of a car seat “lost” in the Adelaide Depot).
Well, as twice it’s not enough, here we are for another complaint. Parcel ordered 2 weeks ago, coming from China. So far, okay. Arrived in Adelaide 2 days ago and yesterday was out for Delivery . So far okay. Later on, I got a notification saying that the driver was unable to deliver and if I wanted it to be re-delivered I was supposed to pay AU$5.50. Okay not a problem, however, 1- I WAS AT HOME, 2- I HAVE CAMERAS AROUND, and unless the delivery guys was wearing the invisible cape from Harry Potter, I didn’t see him or his van/car whatever, 3-IT WASN’T MY FAULT, so why should I pay?
Yep I know, unbelievable right?
Now, did U guys ever hear about ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission), or Fair Trading, or Civil Administrative tribunal? Yep, they’re someone that can stand for Us and if investigated, Aramex could be penalised.
Have a think about it.
About my parcel, Yep I called Aramex and it was said that they’ll check on it. Maybe will arrive by next month, if not, once again, I’ll get my refund from sender anyway and Aramex will need to sort it out with them. Honestly, Aramex just can’t bother to do a good job.

Absolutely terrible
Honestly my parcel has been delayed 5 times and they want to charge a redeliver attempt.
It's extortion.
Scum behaviour.

Again a joke. Shipment sitting in Perth warehouse for 12 days. Advised scanned 5 days ago. Now waiting for next cycle. Will be over 2 weeks sitting in Perth warehouse before I receive if at all. AVOID.

I placed my orders weeks ago through Big W website. The only thing this company had to do is deliver my item to my address. They proclaim my item was delivered and signed for, which was not true. I went to their facility in Chullora and was told the driver was on the was to make the delivery now but they were not able to give me the exact time. When I pressed for evidence they sent me a picture of the wrong address. Then they proceed to tell me the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours. Then silence. In the mean time I'm forced to contact them every 48hrs to check on the progress. I get the same response, we'll get back to you in 24-48hrs and then silence. This has been going on for weeks. When you confront them with the fact the loss of your item is almost criminally suspicious, they'll tell you they are not even able to identify or track down their own driver. I believe there are thousands of people being robbed of their items by this delivery company and this has to be discussed publicly.

Once again Amarex cannot deliver a parcel, which is the whole point of the company!! They had 3 attempts and on the last when they said they tried do deliver at 4:46pm I was home having a cup of tea and a digestive biscuit! Now they say I will have to pay a fee or go pick it up.
I’m not sure if their couriers are employees or contractors but either way they are dishonest.
I don’t have a choice of courier when I buy goods but I would recommend retails do NOT use this awful company!
As you can see from below, Amarex have responded as they do with every bad review with the same message, which I’m sure is auto generated…sums them up really. It means they don’t care about the delivery as they have been paid by the sender…..bit of a scam?
UPDATE:- 4th attempt unsuccessful and I was home, gave authority to leave and my phone number. What more do you need?!
Amarex don’t generate your auto reply, you look into this debacle. Delivery MP9004267987
UPDATE:- I gave up and went to the depot which is 45mins from where I live and picked up the ‘delivery’ parcel….appalling company!

My most recent delivery. Well where to start. First delivery the only communication I got was an email after delivery to tell me parcel was delivered! Where was my parcel? I phoned the Central Coast branch and the man sent me the location photo! Wrong address wrong street!! He checked the address and yes he confirmed the package was dropped at the wrong address. And wrong street!!!
I asked the man if he could phone me and let me know if courier was able to retrieve the parcel and I asked if the courier could phone me when he was delivering it. Next delivery no notice until after they didn’t leave it! Courier said he could t contact me!! I’m disabled and was home all day and they didn’t buzz the intercom or phone me!! Next, I phoned them again and emailed and still next attempt the courier left a calling card at the door but did not press the intercom!! I again phoned and emailed with my complaint!! Now they say they will have to return parcel to sender!!!
This company is atrocious! In the mean time I had 3 parcels delivered by Australia Post and 1 from Amazon!! Their couriers managed to press the intercom and I was able to release the front door!! How about that!!
Does Aramex courier not understand they have to press the intercom button for the appropriate unit? The parcel didn’t require a signature so why didn’t he leave it? He left it outside the wrong address the first attempt but not any subsequent delivery!!! Seriously people, don’t use ARAMEX really bad service and their customer service does not exist.

I have already been waiting 3 weeks, and finally received an email today to say my package is being delivered this morning.
I purposely took the day off to wait for said package.
So far I have heard no one come to deliver it.
It's afternoon now, and I check the tracking link again to find that Aramex was "Unable to deliver"?
I know I gave my correct address, so where is my package?

If I could I would give this company a negative 10 stars. They have got to be one of the worst delivery companies in the world. They will never keep you up to date with deliveries or won't even tell you when it's out for delivery. It just shows up.I received a parcel the other day while I was at work and they left it on my bins out in the open for the whole neighbourhood to see.

0 STARS - HOPELESS. DON'T EVEN TRY TO DELIVERY.
JUST TAKE THEM ALL TO THE DEPOT FOR COLLECTION AS THE CANT B F'D IN TRYING.

Lied on the phone — I asked if they could print the label for me since I was overseas, and they said yes. Yet they didn’t. Plus they refused to pick up the boxes.
They also failed to perform the pickup, making me waste two full days with the packages left unattended outside the house, at risk of being stolen.
In the end, I had to switch to another company. Very disappointing experience.

Aramex are getting more popular on ebay because they are cheap. Unfortunately they have a very bad reputation for slow delivery, poor tracking info and terrible customer service. Ebay should give purchasers the option of not using Aramex, I personally would pay not to use them !

Dear Aramex,
I am very disappointed with the recent delivery of my package. The courier failed to deliver it to the correct address, which is unacceptable. If someone cannot deliver a package properly, they should not be working as a courier.
This mistake has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I expect Aramex to take this matter seriously and ensure that such errors do not happen again. Please advise on how you will rectify this situation.

2 deliveries in a matter of weeks, both arrived on time, left in requested location. Couldn’t be happy with the service provided by the courier for the Launceston area

Aramex is the worst courier service I have experienced in Australia. Deliveries are unbelievably slow. A parcel traveling from Sydney to Canberra, a distance of only about 300 km, regularly takes more than two weeks, and sometimes even a month. That is completely unreasonable for a domestic shipment. At this speed, a person walking the parcel over would probably arrive sooner.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is that Aramex often claims they cannot recognize my address, even though every other courier company has delivered to the same address without any issue. This suggests serious problems with their systems or staff training.
So please, Aramex, go bankrupt and close your business. Your disappearance will improve everybody's life so much.

7 days ago my parcel from U.S was on the Aramex depot , and it’s only 10km from my apartment. After 7 days my parcel still not moving at all. I think aramex should replace your customer service by AI.At least it reply immediately right?

Aramex failed to deliver two packages and customer support told me to go look for them.
On two occasions Aramex stated packages were delivered but the photos of delivery locations were nothing like my home. On each occasion I contacted Aramex and was told that the packages were correctly delivered. I stated that was impossible as the photos were not of my house. I was then told that the courier left the packages in my street and I should "go look for them". A mistake can be excused but deliberately mislaying packages is misconduct. If you use Aramex expect your packages to be lost. I'm getting advice on taking legal action.
