GREAT COURIER AND FAST
Have had several deliveries by Aramex and have even asked companies to send via Aramex because I know I’ll get fast delivery. I live in rural Queensland, and products I buy from NSW arrive on the second day of dispatch.

Damaged packaging
Everytime I order from Amazon they either use Australia post which is fantastic, or aramex. EVERY SINGLE TIME my package is damaged, crushed and even showing signs of water damage. STOP USING ARAMEX AMAZON!!!

Don’t use them if you can-I’ll be telling all companies not to use them.
Have security footage of the drivers dropping parcel over the fence when they’re clearly labeled and taped up with “fragile” tape. They leave the gate wide open when we have a sign saying shut the gate as we have dogs. We even politely wrote a sign saying “please shut the gate as we have dogs and please do not drop parcels over the gate”..the last delivery stopped and read the sign and then proceeded to THROW the parcel about 3mts towards the front door...all on camera! Contacted Aramax via email..no response so I rang them to give them feedback. They basically condoned the disrespectful behaviour by saying we have dogs (that 99% of the time are locked in the back garden) and it’s our fault for not providing a box or parcel area for delivery!!
Not happy aramax and maybe a good “today tonight” report and investigation coming your way.

Aramex gives consistently poor experience with deliveries. I have faced several issues with Aramex, and I found it incredibly frustrating that the support team of the company of my recent delivery shifted the blame onto me for the poor delivery standards rather than taking responsibility for the service provider they choose to use - Aramex.

The most infuriating couriers in Australia.
Poor communication. Refuse to deliver parcels to our residential address despite being in town boundary. ( Three minutes drive from Princes hwy)
Takes parcel from vendors then decide to not deliver. Cites us as being outside delivery area..who ever decided we are outside of the delivery area has clearly not looked at where we are.
Resorted to driving an hour each way to depot in North Geelong to find missing parcels. Beyond frustrated.
Upper management to blame not the depot staff. Get your act together Aramex. This is beyond redicilous.
Note. As of today ( 28th April) Received what can be described as a generic response. Directed to a link. This is EXACTLY the problem with this company. No one takes responsibility for issues or follow up. Your enquiry gets lost in a never ending Labrinth of online dodging. It's tough trying to run a business when getting parts to a major regional town is such an issue.

Lied and said it was his manager on phone when asked to get off the phone. Came clean when he realised I filmed him.

Been trying for a couple of days to get answers as to why my consignment hasn’t been scanned for over a week. Melbourne to Rockhampton you’d think 5 working days would be enough. But now it’s late without explanation. All I get is crickets in response. I think their franchisee business model leaves a lot to chance. Had I known the company I purchased from would sent my order via Aramex I would have chosen a different option

Can't deliver a parcel and contact centre has no idea. They also request money to release a parcel if they have not been able to deliver a few times, which happens when they don't actually ring the bell.

I am beyond disgusted with this company. My package was supposed to arrive on April 13, 2026. Today is April 20, and it’s still not here. This is completely unacceptable.
At first, they had the nerve to tell me I was “too far away.” After I pushed back and they realized I’m only 15 km away, the lies started. They promised immediate delivery, an email, an SMS—nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just empty promises and silence.
I called again—same story. Arguments, fake assurances, and again, no follow-through. Then in chat, they casually said delivery would be between April 21–24, even though the package has been sitting with them since April 13. That’s not a delay—that’s pure negligence.
I have never experienced such arrogance, incompetence, and outright disrespect toward a customer. And to make it worse, they ended the chat so I couldn’t even respond. Completely unprofessional and cowardly.
This company is a joke—lazy, disorganized, and utterly incompetent. It’s shocking that management allows this level of failure while customers are constantly complaining. Clearly, there is zero accountability.
Honestly, it feels like they won’t learn until they are taken to court and forced to face consequences. People pay for a service—not for excuses, lies, and people sitting around doing nothing.
I strongly advise everyone: stay far away from this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. They should be shut down.

Absolutely Uselss and Dangerous
Daughter order a new bed and when they delivered it, they had not delivered the bed head. Wife rang and told them and it took them another 3 days to get the bed head here, 3 days my daughter had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. When they delivered the bed head, they dropped in front of the fence. Couldnt even bring it in and applogise for their stuff up. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional.
Then I had one of their drivers blow through a red light and almost run into me. Lucky I was watching the moron behind the wheel.
I wish I could give you NO stars, and I would never recommend your services to anyone!!!!

Zero care factor
Ordered a large parcel that was available to be left with no signature. They apparently attempted delivery but package was not attempted as I dont even have a fence or any reason to not deliver apart from pure laziness. Made sure wife was home the next day and watched a van park then do a u turn and leave. Then I was home today and same thing. I was in the front yard and he didnt even try and pull it out. Pure laziness 4 phone calls to aramex and not one person could give me an answer. If your drivers arent capable dont accept the jobs. Absolute joke not the first time ive had problems with this company either. After many phone calls and zero accountability from anyone i of course never got my package before the weekend when I was assured I would and after telling them Thursday to leave it at the depot Friday so I could collect myself as they weren't capable they allowed my package to go out with another lazy driver who aramex couldn't even contact as his number was disconnected.

Aramex give a generic uninterested response.
Unfortunately it is not me who went with Aramex but the company that I bought a product from. The company is awful to negotiate around if you’re trying to email for information. They emailed me that my parcel had been delivered yet they gave me no proof of delivery. When I tried to email them, I wasn’t able to put my address in. My gut feeling is they don’t deliver so leave it at a designated spot. The only way I found out where it was was giving the 1300 number a call. They are in Port Melbourne. Of course they’re able to tell me where it has been left because that is their modus operandi. Not delivery. The 1 star is for the bloke who helped me locate it.

Never Never Never use Aramex. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT…
I have been unfortunate enough to have had to receive parcels through Aramex for well over five years now and they would have to be the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. Not a single transaction in that time has gone smoothly without a problem. Way too many problems with them to list. The most problematic being their lack of communication and delayed deliveries. NEVER NEVER NEVER use Aramex if you have a choice. Australia Post are champions compared to Aramex.
