Excellent service and price
I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Friday 28/10 late afternoon and within an hour I was called with a choice of delivery date. I received an email the day before delivery and a call 5 minutes before the delivery, which was at 7.05 on Monday 31/10. Excellent service and I would recommend them highly and use them again.

Ordered dryer for specific delivery date 14 days later, assured that it would be available at that time,and that I would be contacted if there was any problem.
On delivery day, called office to confirm, recorded message gave opening time as 08.30, but not open, was later told that delivery would not take place,as item not available, no warning, my time wasted
An incompetent and unreliable business.

I have already communicated with yourself recently and apologised for the delay in contacting you of your delayed order.
For the benefit of other customers, Mr Leggett's order was mainly delayed as the manufacturer could not supply us the product on time (they were behind in supplying the product).
However we (AppliancePlanet) are at fault also as we had a delay in contacting Mr Leggett as we were short staffed at the time (staff off sick for 3 days) and had an extremely busy week, we could not get staff cover at short notice and this is completely our fault. We accept this and are looking to improve this in the future.
Once again sincere apologies for the trouble and we will take this feedback constructively and ensure this does not happen again,

Pleasant experience
We had to order a fridge freezer quite quickly as ours was close to dying. I looked around online for some Hotpoint ones and found this company on Google, they were the cheapest so I went to their website and ordered. They had one in stock and I ordered it and I received it in 4 days after a call from their sales team to arrange a delivery date.
Overall a good experience.

I ordered a gorgeous gloss black range cooker, had great advice from Matt, and got it within two weeks as promised. Price was amazing and now all my friends want one ha ha. Can't fault the service will buy again when i need something again.

The process of ordering and receiving the good was great and quick. as promised, the item arrived in a weeks time and in the best condition. while speaking to the customer service team regarding the product i bought, they were very friendly and helpful. overall i would recommend this company to all.

None delivery & no money back
.I ordered in Dec 2010 and it is now the back end of Jan 2011. I was promised 3-5 day delivery but have not recieved the items. They took the money immediately. They promise money back but again no money returned. Emails seem to mean nothing.
Do not go near them.

As we informed you, your order was lost by Royal Mail. We offered to re-order the products into our warehouse and send out again but you opted for a refund. The refund was done promptly although the banks normally take 3 working days to show the money in the account.
We're sorry you couldn't get your filters on time however, we had dispatched the goods on time. It was Royal Mail who had lost the goods.
