I ordered a cooker hood extractor ducting kit from them, the web site information was clear i did have a question regarding one of the parts i ordered and there was no one to speak to for tech advice but they were happy to change it if this was wrong.
A friendly company and i would recommend them in the future.

Customer service - very helpful. They found me the item I required and it arrived within a few days. I was so pleased I placed a second order which too arrived very quickly.

Sight was easy to access,service excellent. They delivered quickly and phoned to say they were half and hour away,and they arrived half an hour later. Unpacked the dryer and put it in the out side shed for me,plugged it in and took away the rubbish. Cannot find any fault with the service,will definitely use them again,and can not praise them enough .

I ordered a Hotpoint RLAV21P Fridge in Polar White, which is a counter top Freezer. It is a Christmas present for my brother so only had a quick peek inside to check it was what I had ordered.

The service was fast and reliable. The product looks good, lets hope my brother is pleased with it once he opens it and plugs it in. From the other reviews I'm sure he will be. So far so good.

I purchased a Haier fridge freezer at 8 on Friday night, just 10 mins later I had a call for them to arrange delivery,This type of customer service is definately the best I have ever experienced over the net the in fact the whole experience was truly a joy and a relief that someone cares.

Excellent price on the De Dietrich induction hob - cheapest by some margin. Very helpful person discussed price prior to purchase. Delivery very prompt. Good communications.

I ordered a De Diettrich Oven and microwave on line from Appliance Planet as they were by far the cheapest. I also rang to confirm order and make sure everything was ok. I spoke to a very pleaseant man who was very helpful and he advised me there and then what delivery dates were available and i picked the one which suited me best. He also told me i would get a phone call the day before to confirm time appliances would arrive. They arrived bang on time. I ordered from appliance planet as there prices were by far the best and i wouldnt hesitate in buying from them again.

After 4 years, I eventually got round to finishing off our kitchen by installing the cooker hood extraction duct to an outside wall. I looked around for the necessary ducts and corners and found everything I needed on this site.
Like others I had never heard of them, but I placed my order and the very next day it all arrived. Fantastic.
So the job is completed and I would certainly recommend AppliancePlanet to others. I know I'll use them the next time.

Bought a built in CDA Microwave Oven from Applianceplanet. Hadn't heard of them before. They were the cheapest by far on the internet and advertised free delivery, like many, my first thoughts were where's the catch? who are Applianceplanet? and let's check their reviews? So after all my detective work I decided to purchase.
The price was right, the free delivery was right and their delivery time was right so I couldn't ask for any more really.
I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

Ordered an AEG washing machine after speaking to a friendly sales person. I wanted to go for another model but was recommended one which had a few more features and more energy friendly. Happy with my purchase so far especially after it came on time and delivery arranged quite quickly.

Spoke to AppliancePlanet for advice and pricing. They were the best for price and delivery. I ordered my New Rangemaster oven and they did everything they said they would. I was offered 3 different delivery dates to choose from and my oven arrived safe and sound on Saturday. Excellent service all round. I would recommend them and use them again.

Ordered a De-Dietrich induction hob from Appliance Planet, the cheapest by far. Hob was delivered within 2 days. I needed a VAT receipt to claim my free set of saucepans from De-Dietrich so I emailed Appliance Planet at 10.10pm and received the receipt within 15 minutes at this time of night. I was very impressed with the way my order of a fridge freezer was handled. I phoned up as i needed a fridge freezer urgently because our old one broke down. I was given a few options and although they had limited amount in stock they had good products. I paid for it over the phone and booked delivery immediately, all in space of 10 mins.

I ordered a glass canopy cooker hood as AP offered the best price and had it in stock. When it was delivered - guess what - the glass was in a thousand pieces. Later noticed that it looked though the box had been bashed in transit. Unfortunately, I hadn't opened the box on delivery and had signed for it. AP sales staff very understanding. I emailed photo as requested and received a replacement swap in a few days. Both of the sales team I spoke to in getting this sorted were very helpful. Top marks for customer service. The moral of the story is to open any expensive or possibly fragile item in front of the delivery driver.
