Anglian home improvement has installed double glazing in my house and it is guaranteed with Fensa. I decided to replaced my inner door with Anglian as I want value for money. Therefore I give
5 stars.

Order Number S1 30452587
My parents ordered new windows earlier this year and advised the company that they were having work done to their property which may delay the installation. We were told it would not be an issue. Work completed and the company contacted to arrange fitting.
First appointment. Workmen arrived stated they couldn’t work as scaffolding needed wasn’t in place. The company knew this beforehand so we cannot understand why this wasn’t organised by them as agreed.
Scaffolding delivered and then 2nd visit arranged my folks got a call on the day agreed
advising the work van was in the garage being repaired (does such a large company only have one van available!).
Third visit arranged for today. Call received this morning. Apparently no workmen turned up for work. Call promised to arrange a 4th appointment at the time of writing this review 18:34, 28/08/26 no call received.
Scaffolding has been in situ for a few weeks now and it’s location blocks a pathway into the back garden that my 95 year old Father and 91 year old Mum use. They can’t access it whilst it remains there due to safety concerns.
I think it is appalling that this company thinks it is ok to treat customers in this way. Especially given the age of my parents.
Very quick to take a deposit but not so keen on getting the job done.
Such poor customer service.
Would we recommend anyone to employ this company….absolutely not.

Empty promises.I have over the last few days spoken to Anglia 3 times to be told it will be removed tomorrow each time but tomorrow never comes. Now the matter is apparently being investigated and I will hear from then today. I am waiting expectantly It looks as if the scaffolding will still be here at Christmas, but which Christmas ?

Informed from start to finish and excellent fitter’s

From the sales personnel to the door fitter, I found the experience very smooth.
The sales personnel explained fully what products were available and the quality and kite marks that recommend Anglian window. Which was a big reason why I bought the door.
I was informed very quickly by email of the installation date and the installation was carried out without any problems. The fitter cleaned up after himself.
The only issue I have is my telephone number was incorrect on the paperwork, although I called and corrected it, when the installation fitter arrived he said he called but there was only 10 digest so unable to contact. The other item was the safety chair was missing however the fitter called back the next day to fit it.
The wrong telephone no. Could have caused an issue.

Everything happened when it should have. All fitters ie, scaffolding plus Anglian fitters were no trouble.

Everyone we came into contact with was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The door we had installed is great. The only downside was the lack of communication to tell us when the door was ready to be installed. I had to phone and chase it, and no follow up email/phone call reminder, or rough time. Other than that we have been happy.

We bought a bungalow 5 years ago which had an amazing kitchen dining area with a large Anglian conservatory built to the side of the dining area.it was everything we ever wanted until we decided to move this year.just after putting it on the market the whole conservatory subsided coming away from the building with the roof separating leaving it open to the elements and extremely dangerous to the point we have had to put a barricade up to stop our dogs and anyone else from entering in case it collapses.we have been told that Clause 17 clearly states that we should have paid £49 within 3 months of the purchase to transfer the guarantee which was never pointed out to us at the time so there final answer was they are not willing to help.I find this outrageous as i naturally thought that the guarantee would stay with the building.
I’m now seeking advice from citizens advice as I don’t know what else I can do.

Would 100% recommend! The door was fitted perfectly, thank you! I get very nervous with letting people in my home. Darren (from Swanley depot) was such a lovely guy, down to earth and knows his job well. An absolute credit to you. Also all the staff from start to finish have been wonderful.

Their task was to replace my conservatory glass roof for an insulated panel roof. This included a plasterboard ceiling with downlights. In total it took 6 working days. I'm very pleased with the outcome

Hello. We have had a really lovely lady meet with us in cornwall. We did not have reply to our quotes from a rep.The district office manager Trudy Holmes of Penzance ,rang us back .She arranged to see us the next day.She came as promised .My hubby and I had a really good open conversation with here along with few laughs 😃 along the way . In this age of phone call, texts and emails, face to face discussions are really appreciated. Sometimes communication between customer and businesses can go wrong. In this case ,it was rectified quickly with a professional manner . Excellent. We would recommend 👌.

I have given one star because you can't give a Zero. Anglian windows fitted replacement windows at our block of flats in Rickmansworth. My windows do not close. I have called them at least on six occasions. Never, do they call you back. Never, a text message, NOTHING!!! The problem is that they have been paid. Give these people a very wide birth!!

We recently had windows installed. The product is reasonably good, but unfortunately the installation was not well-managed, with very little leadership - resulting in some poor finish (no sealing under windows to brickwork, for example) and lots of screws and waste left behind on the roof and in gutters, as well as on the driveway -
Communication is weak with Anglian and despite writing to them to raise concerns and being promised that the complaint would be addressed in 5 working days, I’m still waiting to hear from them (now on 6th day). Really disappointed with a company I thought were supposed to be good. Seems their standards have fallen.
I’d avoid them now!

The installers, Jacob and Roman, got on with the job efficiently and solved problems rather than making them.
They let me know what was going on plus they left the house free of any dust and waste.
