Very satisfied, windows look great, good job all round

I would recommend Anglian to anyone needing windows, guttering and fascias.
The work they have done on my home has made a huge difference regarding weather proofing ,looks ,insulation and security.
The workmanship is high.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Called Anglian on Tuesday to request a home visit, and managed to get an appointment at 7pm the next day. Owen Rawlins spent three hours with us, going through everything in great detail. I think we presented him with a couple of challenges, but he did everthing he could to help...and then he had a long,late night drive home!
Looking forward to seeing the end results sometime soon.

I had a new front door fitted this morning. The fitters, Keith Jones and Pete Goring were efficient, friendly and polite. They explained everything and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything clean and tidy.

I really love my new front door and it has massively improved the exterior of my house.

I had a window and door replaced in my garage.
There was good communication from Anglian Windows from the start to finish of the project.
All appointments were at the time agreed.

The price was a bit higher than other companies but the product appears to be of good quality and looks very smart.
I would consider using Anglian Windows again.

Problem with windows fitted Feb 2025. Contacted customer services. Was sent an email to advise I would be contacted in 2 weeks with a date for an engineer to visit to assess the problem. 3 weeks passed no contact. Sent an email chase . No response.

Anglian's Fascias and Soffits salesperson went through an elaborate charade of calling several layers of management to beg for a 'special discount' for me. But this turns out to be Anglian's standard operating procedure, and their ultimate offer wasn't remotely competitive with current market rates.
Also, exorbitant financing was repeatedly promoted to me after I'd said I wasn't interested.

Do not buy anything from this guys and don’t sign anything until the job is done.

I had 4 windows fitted by a team of cowboys they send. 3 windows are scratched, they didn’t use any gap filler and now mould is growing inside the house on the window frame, one frame was so badly cut to fit or I don’t know why that Anglian had to send a new one. And the worse part? This problems where made aware off the next day the installers finished with the installation, and since then Anglian ignored any call back or a way to fix thing until I took the case on Resolver, after one of the quality manager visit my home and he noticed that the quality of work was poor. We agreed what needed rectified and he said will be done. This was in January 2026. We are now in September 2026 and nothing was done! This service is simply appalling. If you are in the midlands do not use Anglian! They are the worst. They will not pick up phone, they will not rectify bad jobs, they will simply ignore it utilise you get tired of calling and asking.
I’ll take this case to court as I’m tired now, because they are ignoring me and for the poor workmanship.

Whilst the sales and surveyor were both really efficient and great service, as we had already decided on Anglian windows our main concerns was regarding installation as we had just completed a major kitchen refurbishment, and the replacement was for the kitchen door and window. Those concerns were very quickly removed once our installer arrived. I can’t speak highly enough of Martin and the quality of his work. Is it possible to go higher that 5* or 10 out of 10? Clean, efficient and minimal damage. By far exceeded our expectations. Would have no hesitation to recommend the company.

Cold called my front door. Reluctantly agreed to have someone come to quote. Changed my mind and have told them by phone and text yet that I no longer require the visit. Yet they are still hounding me from different numbers.

We had a broken front door lock.
Very proactive with getting us a visit from an engineer.
Communication was great throughout.
Steve Derosa, the engineer with a time frame and was very efficient when he came.
We were very pleased with the service and outcome.

They quoted by phone and I accepted and paid a deposit of £220 on 12th August
After visiting they declined the job and when I requested my deposit back they said it could take 28 days
How come it takes 2 minutes to take my money but 28 days to refund it when they cancelled 🥵🥵🥵🥵

I had John Barnes come around to my house and measure and quote for Shutters. He was excellent with his explanations , covering everthing I asked and more.He wasn't a pushy salesman , he was a salesman a company can be proud of.

After an unfortunate miscommunication between ourselves and Anglian, the wrong door was fitted. After contacting the customer engagement team, the issue was resolved within a matter of days. Both the original fitters and the service engineer who came to rectify the issue were excellent. Professional, polite and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. This goodwill gesture on the part of Anglian was very much appreciated.

The work was carried out efficiently but in a very helpful and pleasant manner by the team of Tomasz & Chris

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS IT WOULD BE TO MANY HAD NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS FITTED IN JANUARY 2026 THEN IT STARTS FIRST NIGHT BEDROOM WINDOW FELL OFF (2 DAYS TO REPAIR) FRONT DOOR STOPPED LOCKING (STILL THE SAME AFTER 5 DIFFERENT VISITS TO PRESENT DATE SEPTEMBER 2026) BACK DOOR NOT WORKING CORRECTLY (SAME DATES) PATIO DOORS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY (REPAIRED 02-09-2026) SIDE WINDOW AND FRONT BAY WINDOWS SCRATCHED (SIDE WINDOW REPLACED 02-09-2026 BAY WINDOW REPLACED WITH ANOTHER SCRATCHED WINDOW) WAITING FOR ANOTHER REPLACEMENT.CONTACT MANAGEMENT AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO BE TOLD THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GET BACK TO YOU (NEVER DO) TOTAL PRICE PAID £24000.00 PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND FOBBED OFF ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

I would give zero star if I could, absolutely terrible customer service. I contacted them to replace a few windows in my house and I was given an appointment for Sunday. Come Friday I was contacted to be informed that no one works on Sunday so an appointment was fixed for Wednesday. Today on Wednesday another phone call came and he started asking me the same questions that two people had asked me already. I said why am I having to answer the same questions repeatedly, only to be told that no one is coming today either! It’s absolutely dreadful service, not only are the same questions being repeated but the appointments are not kept either, extremely disappointing and unprofessional, I will not be using them for sure.

Absolute bunch of cowboys I had three windows fitted by these clowns one window had glass that was severely scratched and an upstairs window was fitted not in the centre of the brickwork the frame was covered in mastic and wouldn't open more than an inch because it was hitting the facia board.
They sent out an Engineer who agreed with me that the downstairs window needed a new window and the upstairs window needed replace ing completely.
That was 5 months ago and I haven't heard from them since I've wrote to them tried to phone them at least 20 times they never answer the phone.
Be warned don't use Anglia Windows also trading as Safestyle UK they're an absolute bunch of fraudsters
Be warned once they have your money you'll never here from them again avoid them like the plague
I am in the process of taking them to court to get my money back.
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of these charlatans and use a local installer and save yourself a lot of stress
