Amazon issued my €153.42 refund to a closed account, and over two months later, I still haven’t received anything.
Customer service keeps sending me in circles to a “relevant department” that never responds, offering no real solution. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and completely unprofessional.
I demand my refund or Amazon credit immediately. If nothing is done, I will alert the authorities and the public about this total incompetence.
Amazon returns
I bought a Charging Cable for my car, receiveed wrong cable, I returned it by printing the Amazon return label and filling out the sending form in the post office. The parcel went to the Slovak post office and refused because Amazon didn’t filled out the customs clearance.
Amazon still refusing the refund and demand me to resend it again to the same place knowing that it will refused by the Slovak customs again. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy in chat with Amazon and waste of money returning the parcel
Bosch wiper blades
Bosch wiper blades - I ordered them and paid £23.61 for the privilege - they didn't turn up - the courier said that he had handed them to the owner - he didn't, he was lying. Amazon customer service promised to contact the courier and come back to me - they never did and now they are requesting photographs of my house why I don't know it's a regular house. I wouldn't buy from them again. They never offered a refund or a replacement. To say I am disgusted is an under-statement - they clearly don't believe me.
Losing customer orientation
In general I am happy with amazon.fr. Purchasing is easy, returns are quite easy when they are necessary. But recent changes to the website UX are troubling. Putting something in the basket, opens up a persistent strip on the side of the page, losing screen space. Searching now displays a large advertisement taking up the entire page, followed by many recommendations. This makes finding and comparisons much more difficult than before. The lack of ability to provide general feedback also demonstrates a non customer focus. To me it suggests a focus on profiteering by ads, like some other companies that put their ad business in front of a customer focused experience. Do better amazon

Very frustrating experience with Amazon…
Very frustrating experience with Amazon customer support.
My account currently has a gift card balance of €413.32, but Amazon restricted my ability to use it because they said they could not confirm my identity. I was asked to provide proof of identity and proof of address, which I am willing to do.
The real problem is that the verification process is not working properly. I have contacted Amazon customer service multiple times from Wednesday to Saturday, but the issue still has not been resolved. Each representative gives the same answer to “wait” or redirects me without actually fixing the problem.
It is unacceptable that Amazon can hold €413 of my money while providing no clear solution or timeline. Customers should not have to chase support for days just to access funds already in their account.
I hope Amazon reviews this case quickly and improves the identity verification process so other customers do not face the same issue.

On the 15th of this month my parcel was delivered unsafely despite leaving clear delivery instructions they were all completely ignored and my parcel was left on public view. When I got home from work it had been stolen. I complained to Amazon the very same day the 15th and I was assured a refund had been issued. Five days later I was told the refund had been cancelled so six days later I phoned Amazon myself and I was told this was false information. The refund had not been cancelled and my refund had been issued on the 19th. Amazon seem to not be able to communicate and their staff seem to be very untrained. I have got all photo evidence of negligent couriers and misinformation by Amazon customer service. I will now be lodging a formal complaint.

Never again! I had an HP printer delivered on Wednesday 18th February, since when I have spent the best part of 2 days trying to set it up. No guidance that worked from HP so I tried to get help from Amazon. No reply to messages. Hours online trying to find how to contact a human. When I eventually did he hadn't enough English to understand me, communicate with me. Told me he would send me an HP email address but he hasn't. There used to be a helpline to speak to a person. Now it has gone. So has this customer!
Damaged TVs and poor customer service
I ordered a large Samsung TV, it arrived with a screen malfunction.
I asked for a replacement, it arrived with a large crack on the screen.
I asked customer services to send me a functioning TV, instead I got a refund.
The first TV was collected. No one turned up to collect the second TV, I’m still waiting.
The Amazon support page advises a typical 6h response time to emails, I’m still waiting days later.
The chat service and the call back service do not appear to work.
Yahoo AWS GAFAM Cloudflare Gmail... spams phishing and scammers' friends with impunity
Yahoo, Amazon, AWS, Cloudflare, Google... all complicit and friends of scammers and criminals... Yahoo Mail hasn't filtered phishing spam for two years now. I receive one to five emails a day in my inbox, emails trying to scam me, steal my data, including identity and banking information, etc., via fake websites and emails mimicking my country's social security system. There are fake traffic fines, fake toll bills, fake insurance policies, fake electricity, water, and telecom bills, fake subscription cancellations and payments, fake refunds, fake undelivered packages, and it goes on and on. I've reported it repeatedly to Yahoo, AWS, and Cloudflare, who claim to be taking it into account, but nothing has been done for years, and spam continues to flood my inbox. It's never even filtered by Yahoo Mail's spam filter, which is practically useless, especially spam from AWS and Cloudflare. Nobody cares, not even Spamcop or the authorities in my country, who are complicit in crime in general, given their slow and ineffective justice system. And what's worse, I'm also inundated with spam calls (illegal solicitation and fake numbers, including spoofing). I'm fed up. I've turned the issue over and over in my mind, but we're constantly told and pressured to change our email address, phone number, social media accounts, bank account, etc., and even change our identity, just like physically moving if we have problems with neighbors, spam, scams, or insecurity... What a wonderful society we have these days! Back in the past, we had humanity, an effective justice system, human moderation... but that was before the internet, or even at the very beginning of the internet. Now, that's all over, the peace and quiet, and it's open season for thuggery and complete impunity. What a shame! Tech has a bright future ahead, especially the GAFAM companies, who can do whatever they want with impunity, like gods, imposing their will on everyone who can never defend themselves, not even a sovereign nation. Nobody cares anymore. Oh well.

I have done my best to give Amazon multiple chances. But very recently I did order the supplement ACCUVISION (120 capsules) and they only delivered 30 capsules. That’s completely Unacceptable.
