Ordered three clubs for Christmas, two as gifts and one for us. We got the pickles and they were indeed amazing. Unfortunately we never got that third shipment. They stated that they delivered it to the front porch, but there was no sign of delivery on that day (or any other day) via our Ring cam. We waited a while longer, and when we tried to do more about it, we were told by customer service that we waited too long and ran out of time for the window of opportunity for a resend. Probably would have ordered more down the line as well. Disappointing.

Amber was extremely helpful in answering my questions and solving my issue. She assisted me accessing my account and instructed me on managing a gift 6-month coffee deliveries.

Hunter was extremely helpful and professional in assisting with a damaged bottle of wine we received. Thank you!

I can't say enough about the prompt, courteous and absolutely stellar service provided by Kendra at Amazing Clubs. I had a minor typo in the gift message, but it was upsetting to me. Kendra fixed everything quickly - before anything was sent (as a surprise) to the recipient - and then asked if there was anything else that could be done to help out. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!

Received the pickle subscription as a gift. I love pickles, but these ones are mushy and don't taste fresh. It's a bummer to get all this packaging and terrible pickles that so far have all ended up in the trash.

Diego was extremely helpful in getting my account straightened up today, March 5, 2026. I had been gifted a 3 month wine club account as a Christmas present. My first 2 bottles did not arrive until yesterday (March 4th) as a total surprise and with no gift card identifying the sender. Diego was able to identify a dear friend of mine as the sender and discovered that I had not received a gift card because one letter in my email was incorrect. Diego was very professional, corrected my account, and made certain that all was well. Thank you, Diego!!

They ship through UPS random dates and won’t adjust if you call and ask. Ridiculous to pay 30+ dollars per delivery and not have any decision on delivery date. Missed out on two deliveries and was told I would have to pay full price to have them re-shipped. Completely wasteful, and I will never again choose this company.

Spoke with Diego who was very helpful. I feel your site is extremely lacking in clarity of when wines are delayed and shipped. For example February wine says shipping which is incorrect. Diego concurred and was able to give me some advice for future shipments. I would say he is extremely polite and knowledgeable!

Kendra in customer service gave me the best service I
could ask for. I got a satisfying solution to my problem in receiving my shipments when I may not be home. She gave me options and we got a solution together. Thank you for staying on line with me to come to a solution..

We have been impressed with our experience with Amazing Clubs. Their customer support is exceptional. Kendra responsed to our question quickly and took care of our concerns.

Ben was great! He was clear and concise, very courteous and helpful. My children sent me a gift certificate via email more than two years ago. Nowhere on there gave an expiration date. Evidently they do expire and Ben was able to activate it so I may use it! So looking forward to my Olive Oil packages!

I needed a gift for my sister's significant birthday. We always talk about chocolate as therapy these days, so what could be better than chocolate of the month? The quality of the chocolate is outstanding. When there was a slight delivery problem, I called customer service and immediately spoke with a human. Amber solved the issue immediately. I know where to shop for my brother's significant birthday this year!

I called customer service and was immediately put through to a CS tech. He quickly and efficiently answered my question. Nice change from the usual, "all of our agents are busy right now, please hold for(ever)"! Thanks.

Just spoke to Amber and ordered a monthly Coffee Club membership for a member of my family. Her service was great, her explanations were great and I was impressed. On a scale of 1 to 10 she deserves an 11!
