Amber is the BEST!! She was so much fun to chat with and had the most friendly, pleasant voice as well. Amber helped me to quickly resolve my concern and get my orders back on track. We discussed our favorite flavors from the Popcorn club and she's got me excited about the ice cream that will be delivered during the summer month. I bought the Popcorn club and a variety club for my dad as gifts and he loves receiving the boxes each month. It's nice to hear the flavors Amber enjoys as well because it gives even more credit to the value of the clubs when the employees have personal experience with the products. I hope Amber has a wonderful day, she is amazing!!

Amber was incredibly helpful resolving my delivery issues and offered a great solution! The dessert club and coffee club have both been amazing in terms of both quality and quantity of product. I would highly highly recommend Amazing clubs for the special people in your life, especially those people that already have enough "stuff" in their lives! :-)

My husband and I received three Amazing Clubs subscriptions for Christmas. We have been so happy with the service and quality of the selections. It is obvious that whoever is sourcing the selections is putting a lot of time, effort, and thought into how to best serve the customers for truly memorable selections each time. It has also been so easy to decide whether or not we want to keep the selections or delay our order until the next month if something is not to our preference. I even had an error message when I sent one of those emails back. I called customer service and the call was answered within one minute by Amber, who easily corrected the error and was so pleasant and kind. I highly recommend Amazing Clubs for quality and customer service!

The representative was very nice and was very helpful in correcting a problem with my order. She went over my purchases and explained the situation very clearly. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

I have very little knowledge of working in this electronic age and almost always run into problems when I try. Thank goodness there are a few individuals like Diego. NOT ONCE DURING MY COVERSATION WITH HIM DID HE MAKE ME FEEL ANYTHING BUT AN INDIVIDUAL WHO NEEDED HELP!!! He took care of my order (and questions) in a warm, caring manner. Thank you Diego!!

I needed to track down a shipment of flowers and change the address for future shipments. Amber, the customer representative, was helpful, efficient, and cheerful. She updated the address and sent the link to the current shipment and left a pleasant impression of Amazing Clubs.

First, I loved that I was able to speak with a live person - Amber. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me set up my account so I can manage/customize my gift subscription as I desire. This is an Amazing Gift that I will enjoy for months to come!

We had issues with our last delivery in March with the package leaking and partially broken open. However, we had no issue at all getting a delivery for the next month because of the amazing customer service provided, specifically by Hunter. He explained everything in great detail and was really happy to help and immediately let us know we would get the next shipment in April!!!Will definitely be placing a new order in the future. Could not ask for better service and a perfect outcome!!!

Kendra was an awesome help getting my clubs set up for all my families birthdays!!

Diego was extremely helpful and fixed my issues very quickly! I love gifting these subscription boxes and it is very nice when the staff is extremely tentative and reliable.
