I used Amazing Clubs every year for Christmas gifts and it’s always a hit. Their customer service is great too. I messed up an order recently and Diego was able to correct it for me so quickly and easily. Great experience!

Amazing Clubs has always provided amazing service. I’ve ordered from them for at least twenty years to give family and friends Christmas gifts that uniquely appear throughout the year. So much variety is offered, and the quality of each product is excellent. I stumbled upon a gold mine when I found Amazing Clubs; voila, all my gifting needs met and exceeded through one fantastic service!!!!

Our Granddaughter gave us a seasonal wine club membership for Christmas. We have not yet received our first shipment. We called Customer Support to see if someone could provide tracking information. Amber was very helpful and assisted us with setting up an account. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Ben was extremely helpful in setting up my new complex order and also in changing the shipping address of another current order.
He was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Got 6 month cake of month club for my mom for Christmas 2024. They delivered as promised - every other month. The did email us that August 2025 was too hot to ship, so that slid deliveries. Kinda hard to explain to my mom at the time, but we went with it. Next cake was the pumpkin spice in October - which was tasty! We seemed to be missing a cake after December though, so I called and talked to Diego, after nearly a zero wait time on the phone, and he promptly said - no problem - you have one more cake for sure, and it will ship next week. So I appreciate the customer service.

We have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Amazing Clubs. We ordered 2 flower subscriptions from them and there were issues identified with each order. Amber followed up with me for both. She was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with and was quick to rectify the problems quickly.

Great to have someone help that's not a robot. She helped with everything we needed help with.

I note the positive ratings for Amazing Clubs. I had a different experience.

I purchased a beer subscription for 3 months for my son's birthday. First and third delivery went without problem. The second, no one was home to sign, and it was returned. When I found out I contacted customer support. I was told that I was too late. The deadline of 15 December had passed. The business practices were explained as was the administrative apparatus for filing a refund/reshipment. They would be happy to resend for a reshipping fee of $53.95

Just my bad luck to miss that deadline but I won't be doing business with them. They took my money and delivered noting but fine print and usurious fees. i think buyers should be aware that if signature at delivery could be a problem, read the fine print and filing requirements and make sure the risk is worth purchase.

Diego was TERRIFIC! I ordered a years worth of flowers for my mother, who is in an assisted living facility. It was part of her Christmas gift from her kids. I had it sent to the facility, but was told by my sister, after the fact, that it would be better if it was sent to her home a mile away. She could get the flowers arranged easier than our mother. I called Amazing Clubs and explained the situation to Diego who helped me modify the delivery address and name. He also updated me on the fact that weather conditions in locations where the flowers come from may result in a delay in January's delivery. He was kind, professional and very informative!

Diego was the best agent ever he needs a pay raise and paid time off.

My wine gift showed up right on time with no issues. I am moving soon and had to call customer service to have them update my account to my new address and Amber was really helpful and nice. It’s been a great experience so far!

Once again there was a delay in the ice cream gift delivery. I received an email stating it would be shipped on 1/5/26 or 1/6/26. Should take 2 days since it was ice cream. On 1/8/26 the tracking information indicated that there was a delay and the shipment would be late. On 1/9/26 I called customer service at Amazing Clubs and talked with Amber. This is the 2nd time I have spoken with Amber regarding ice cream deliveries. In September when the shipment never arrived Amber arranged to have a replacement sent. When I talked with her on 1/9/26 she advised that I wait until 1/15/26 to see if the shipment arrived and if a problem to call back and the problem would be rectified. In both cases Amber was courteous, listened attentively to the problem and provided a solution. She is an outstanding Representative for Amazing Clubs and is the epitome of excellent customer service. Amber is the reason for the 5 star rating.
The ice cream gift was delivered today and the condition of the ice cream is less than satisfactory. As a gift it is disappointing.
Perhaps there is a way to insure a more timely delivery since this IS ice cream and melting does become a factor.

Amazing Clubs is an excellent choice for a gift that gives over and over. With monthly or bimonthly delivery and a select number of shipments the gift is long lasting.
Today I needed help getting my account set up and called the 1-800 support number and Amber was quick to answer and resolve my issue. Within minutes my account was setup and she assisted with changing my membership from the Pasta of the month club to the Breakfast Club. Very impressed with the quality and innovative approach to Amazing Clubs. Especially satisfied with Amber and her cheerful attitude and knowledge of the system that allowed her to quickly resolve my concerns. 5 Stars to Amber and Amazing Clubs!
