Great Experience Despite a Complicated Booking Issue
Thank you for everyone. Thank you to Zoe who noticed my ticket had changed with Air France and to everyone who listened to my challenges with my non-refundable ticket! I had a non-refundable ticket situation, and Kayleigh and Nick at Alternative Airlines were incredibly responsive. They helped me through the change quickly, and I felt supported the whole way. Their customer service was top-notch, and I’ll definitely book with them again. Heading to India this year and will book with you again !
