I puchased an Asus gaming laptop from Alternate about two months ago.

My experience so far:

- Quick and hassle-free delivery

Hope I never need to call their customer service, or any customer service in general, but I'll update my review with my customer service experience if it comes to that.

I'm not a good customer for their business because of high return rate but they always treat me like their only customer!
I ordered 5 keyboards in total so far, I returned 4 because I disliked it. One of them was lost because of a mistake from the carrier but Alternate still refund to me the full purchase amount. I'm happy with the recent order, good packaging and on time delivery. Can compare them with Amazon.
NOTE: do NOT select Trunkrs delivery, this carrier lost my package while saying that they delivered to me. Luckily, Alternate still refunded to me and dealt with Trunkrs instead of me having to handle the issue with Trunkrs.

Ordered a laptop. Decided to change specifications. After phone call they said that order has been processed. Waited for few more days for a new laptop. Never disappointed.

I had ordered a laptop that I needed.
Checking various laptops and pricing, I decided to order at alternate.nl (for nastalgia I've been buying pc stuff over 20 years now at Alternate).
The laptop is a MSI GP66 12UH-442NL, packaging was good and a fast delivery.
I was very happy with my laptop it performed well.
But after 20 days my laptop would not turn on, I try to plugin and plugout the power cable.
Then suddenly the laptop started to smoke and smell, I was holding it in my hands and walked outside just in case it caught on fire.
It was on a friday evening perfect so no laptop and online it was not easy to get a return form (for broken items within warranty). Monday I had called them and I had a very friendly person helping me with the form.
When they received the laptop I got a email after wards it got very quiet. So I decided to call what the status was. The person told me it will take them a week to check themself if they can fix it. I told them just smell the laptop its not going to be easy to fix it.
The total time it would cost would be around 4 and 10 weeks I was shocked by the time they needed to fix it. The laptop broke within 1 month and I would be out of a laptop for one or two months. I asked if they could give me a other one in the meantime, "sorry sir we don't do that". Once again I was shocked and angry no laptop and no money. After 5 weeks i finally got my old laptop back, it was send to the supplier.
It really frustrated and still frustrate me that they had not come up with a solution just "I'm sorry" and you're bassicly f**ked. No money no laptop..
I understand that the broken laptop is something of MSI but you're the party selling it and should come up with a solution for the customer!
Next time I will not order at alternate anymore.

My Gaming PC was ordered online, it was assembled and sent to my nearest Post.nl.

The best price for a premium Panasonic 4-in-1n countertop oven, fast delivery. Didn't need customer service, so cannot comment on that.

I click near location but this chosed 150km far

Dhl delivary always problem , 1 week after order still not get my packet , need to wait 2 more weeks for dhl investigation cuz they lost my packet and alternate keep me on waiting , was a pc case i think they want me to install my pc on the table or to order 2 case to get one .
