Fast shipping, good prices!

I paid 2700 for a personalized computer to assemble. You pay, you just get a « you’ll be informed when you computer is shipped », already surprised by how little overview you get for such big orders.
A week without news I started to try to reach support, to get at least some news, they replied only after a couple of mails to answer me « it will be done early next week ». Now we’re Tuesday evening, still no news and they didn’t even replied to my mails today wondering about the promised status.

Yes I can get your assembly department is under the wave, but I would still like a proper deadline (2 weeks is not acceptable but if you cannot do better, inform me and engage truly on some delivery date and see if it’s fine by me, it’s the minimum really), proper client service (it’s shouldn’t need to send mails every 24h to get one single reply).

Finally, very representative of this experience, clicking on « cancel the order » in « following your order status » brings you to a 404 error, page not found.

Delivery was very late, 14 days and wrong. I have received the wrong product, I wanted the case without window, and the product I was looking at the website did not have window on the pictures, but when I received the product it was with window, because apparently they put the wrong images for the product in the website. To fix the situation they asked me to pay again which is very funny. So I paied 2000 euros and received a wrong item, very disappointed will not use this website again.

Super fast delivery, good price

23 or 24 years client by alternate and almost always satified, my last order was a 27 inch screen which was showing ''Pivot, Draaibaar, Kantelbaar, In hoogte verstelbaar'' on the pictures and in description (like Marcel in another review here), but it wasn't. I couldn't be bothered complaining about it because I know it can be that the pictures are not always showing the right parts, so I just thought it would teach me a lesson for buying impulsively, which I normally never do… But since Alternate is pressuring me for writing a review here, let me say that I won’t be impulsive anymore and I will hesitate buying more hardware there if I can avoid it. And anyways I was already buying a lot less since the shop/showroom closed and the assortment reduced considerably.
