The other day I left my mobile to them…

The other day I left my mobile to them and they didn't tell me anything about my device in days...also they removed all the data from my mobile without telling me anything, passwords, apps, photos, videos, every kind of data because they reboot the device....It was brutal and I've never seen something like that, also when they sent me the cost of the reparation it was the highest possible charge that I've ever seen....

Phone replaced via sky protect was in worse condition than previous phone

Phone replaced via sky protect. Phone that was received was the wrong colour, screen was damaged and phone was the wrong colour. This was a Grade A phone. Would not recommend using this company to repair devices.

Worse company in the world my son got a brand new phone from sky it cost £1500 he to insurance out with sky he broke the screen on the phone he phoned sky repair they sent a envelope to my son to put his phone in it was addressed to anovo my son sent his phone away. After a few weeks he phoned anovo about his phone told my son they couldn't fix the screen that they would send the same phone to my only it would be a refurbished phone he would get sent my son told them were to go told them it was a brand new phone he sent to get repaired and no way was he taking a refurbished one back this is what this company is doing getting new phones in for repair sending customers refurbished phones back then fixing the new phones they get sent in and sell for a profit stay away from anovo this company is scamming people

Complete Scam company

Complete Scam company google them and the Reddit thread where one employee states they mark phones as repaired even though they have not been looked at and other immoral practices. Had an awful experience with them even though my phone was under warranty they claimed it was personal damage and so would cost £260 to repair, I refused to give in to these scammers and threatened them with court action as my phone was not returned after 5 weeks because I refused to be scammed. I was eventually told a tiny bit of muck had got into the volume button which made it stick and not what they claimed which was damage caused by dropping it. They had not even opened it to look as I found out later. How they are still able to trade is beyond me. Finally took it to the carphone warehouse where I bought it, took 10 minutes to repair and did it for free.

I had the same fault as Mark Pilling…

I had the same fault as Mark Pilling with my Samsung Z Fold 3, AND same happened to me also here in Spain with Anovo. My phone was and still is under warranty. The screen went broken where it bends, but Anovo claims that it is broken because a scratc in the metallic back panel and I have to pay over 500 euros for the preparation. Well, there were no scratces before I sent it to Anovo. I have pictures! I have tired to contact them and made an fiscal complaint, but no answer and they have not even returned my phone. I assume I need to contact my lawyer now to at least get my phone back. This has been going on for more that 2 months already...

About Anovo's answer below: I have not received any more information after their answer. They go behind the Manufacturer's guidelines and in addition the Manufacturer (Samsung) claims that the responsibilty to deside if it's under warranty or not goes by service provider (Anovo). Lookslike both of them are avoiding responsibility! I hope I can get my phone back. After that I will never recommend Samsung nor Anovo to anyone!

There was a hardware fault with my…

There was a hardware fault with my Samsung Z Fold 3 , I was sent labels by Sky mobile to send to Anovo (Norwich) for repair under warranty . I then received a mail from Anovo stating they couldn't repair the phone unless I paid them £534 for a new screen !! There were no scratches on the screen when sent to Anovo , suddenly it appears there are some scratches , also there are chips to two corners of the casing of the phone !!! The phone has been in a protective case since purchase and were not there again when the phone was sent . I have refused to pay for a new screen and have just received my phone back damaged today . They also said there is an issue with the fold in the screen , well articles on the web say it can be opened up to 200000 without damage, the phone is 12 months old so that means I have opened the screen over 500 times everyday , an impossibility !!!

I would give no star.

I would give no star.
I sent my daughters phone the phone is perfect condition no damage and the screen stopped working.
They came back saying warranty won't cover even though its 6 months old.
The phone came back with a cracked screen and several chips down the side. Absolutely disgusting this phone is just over 6months old came back from repair worse than when they received it.

Not too sure what to make of this company.
Sent my phone off via Sky... they stated they fixed my phone and took the time to update the software for before returning...

Turns up, it's not my phone at all it's a different one? Same model etc but why state you have fixed it? When you have swapped it?
Very odd. Wouldn't use them again.

Awful Company

Sent my phone off for repair, never kept up to date, the phone tracking update service never updated online so I had to keep calling every few days for an update. I believe this company is now named INGRAM MICRO SERVICES according to Sky

They informed me after I rang up to find out what’s going on, the back of the phone had a blemish, I always take photos of items being sent off and there was no damage before I sent the phone off, again I had to call back and they informed me the back of the phone was now smashed, they tried denying it so I sent my photos to sky escalations and sky took it further with this company,

My phone is now being fully replaced by Sky themselves after this shoddy company damaged my phone and denied it

NOTE: Take photos of your device before sending it off to this company as they will damage your devices and then deny it, I’m just so glad I took photos of my phone before sending it off to this company as it really helped my case and proved this company lied

Emails give away how they predetermined charging before seeing item

After arranging ( for a second time) via sky to send my Samsung z4flip for repair I received a message stating that the SCRATCHED phone was not covered by the Samsung warranty. At this stage the phone was still in my possession as it had yet to be sent! There was no scratches or marks nor had the phone been dropped or physically damaged and yet they stated that the faulty screen at the fold was not covered by manufacturers warranty and they wanted over £300 to repair what is a design fault. ….it continues with Sky Mobile team challenging Anovos response & asking for the phone to be returned for direct repair. Anovo response as useual is from their Spanish arm of the company who “ know nothing” of any details

Amazing repair company, very attentive and polite

I have had trouble with my Samsung handset from day 1 and in a short space of 8 months I've had to send my phone off 3 times to Anovo.
Each time they have been amazing, repaired the device quickly, free of charge, always kept me up to date at which stage the repairs were at and were lovely on the phone.
I would recommend them to anyone.

They sent me my phone back only in a box with no protection DHL courier dropped it through the letterbox onto a concrete floor now the phone is damaged more bit I jave the proof so will be claiming a new handset from you

I sent my phone (Huawei P30 Pro) for repair with broken front and rear glass. They used fake parts which caused the camera not working properly after the "repair". I sent it back to fix the camera problem and got it back untouched. At the end I fixed it myself by replacing the rear cover because the fake rear cover has darker window for light sensor for camera. It caused the camera overexpose.
(Well spent 100 quid excess plus 13 quid insurance every month for God knows how many years, nope)
Yes, yes! I cancelled the insurance and warning everybody to avoid anovo.

Google Anovo Review UK

Google Anovo Review UK , It send you to Trust pilot Anovo if you press (About) at top of page and scroll to bottom states ( UNITED KINGDOM), So why does Trust Pilot Review list Anovo as UK, but replies from Anovo states they in Spain? Maybe Trust Pilot needs to look into this so customers get their reviews under correct company. Maybe Trading Standards should look at customers complaints and reviews of Anovo UK used by Sky

O2 like new - phone replaced

O2 like new Nokia 1.4 (cheap Android phone) failed to power up after only a couple of months. Dropped it in at the local O2 shop and it was sent to Anovo for repair under the 1 year warranty. Wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews here, and I don't know whether Anovo attempted to reflash it (as I was expecting it was a software fault) but they diagnosed as a motherboard issue and returned a replacement phone within 10 days of the faulty phone being sent by O2. So in my case perfect service! (although given the Nokia 1.4 is notorious I don't hold out much hope of it lasting more than a year - through no fault of Anovo! :)

If your phone is still under warranty DO NOT send it to these scam merchants.
My Samsung A51, which I purchased from sky mobile in November 2020, became stuck on the Samsung screen. I was told to send it to Anovo for repair, which I did.
As I didn't hear anything for a while I contacted them and was told there was liquid damage and a cracked screen. When I denied that this was the case I was suddenly told that they had an I/T fault and could I phone back the following week. Within an hour I received an email saying the repair was not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the repair would cost £124.78.
I phoned Anovo and was told that the problem was with the LCD and there was no liquid damage or cracked screen!!!
I asked for the phone to be returned unrepaired.
Upon receipt I contacted Samsung and they repaired it for free under the warranty. The problem was with the power supply.
I wonder how many people pay Anovo thinking they are experts which in my experience they obviously are not.
I would advise anyone to send their phone to the manufacturer if it is under warranty rather than to these cowboys.
I find it strange that the few good reviews on here get answered but the bad ones are told that this is the Anovo Spain page?
What a surprise, Anovo Spain page, following another bad review. These really are a bunch of cowboys.

SKY/Mobile 3rd party servies

Worst company out there, there mandate is to fabricate damages and expect customers to pay blindly stating "It's not covered in warranty", COMPLETE SHAM COMPANY, and they know it very well! It's a way for the company to make extra money aside the 3rd party they have with Sky Mobile and other electronic companies. I been told water damage on my phone that's less than 6 months old, and waterproof!! Never even used the phone in the rain! How stupid do they believe consumers are exactly?? £400+ to repair a phone that Apple would only charge £300 for!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Stop trying to rip off consumers Anovo and do the bloody job you've been contracted to do by Sky instead of trying extract more money for fake damages!

Sold my phone back to Giffgaff who use…

Sold my phone back to Giffgaff who use anovo to check items over. The phone has always been in a cover and has always had a screen protector applied, so was in virtually new condition and in all its original packaging the original quote to sell the phone was £86 when it arrived at anovo they sent a revised quote of £13 as they claimed some of the screen buttons didn't work. I refused the revised quote and asked for the phone to be sent back and they sent me the phone in a cardboard envelope and all the original packaging missing. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers the packaging has all the serial numbers and codes for the phone.
