From time of order to delivery was excellent. One of the several T Shirts ordered was returned as didn't like it, I knew it was cropped but was a little too short in body length for me. Quality of all T shirts was exceptional. The one T shirt l returned has been totally refunded . The whole process from ordering to returning and refund was 8 days. Cannot find anything to complain about.

Wrong size received in error
I ordered a size US9 and received an 8. The box said 9, and the sticker on the bottom of the shoe said 9 but they felt small. On further inspection the inner strap of the shoe had the size marked as a US8. I can see where it was marked so many times incorrectly where the error occurred, but still disappointed especially when I looked back online and my correct size was no longer available.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Ordered online on Sunday and it arrived by Tuesday afternoon! I had great communication from the vendor and the delivery company with updates of the status of my order all the way along and it arrived far earlier than I had initially expected. The piece itself is the cavarly skirt, in tawny port and it's awesome. True to size, beautifully made and I can’t wait to show it off.

Sent the wrong item, care sent a templated response, no one looked for my item in the warehouse, very unhappy
I was sent the wrong item. When I reached out to alert the customer care team, they sent me a templated response to make a return. How do I return an item I never purchased? I have no confidence that they looked in the warehouse to see if they could find my jacket that I actually purchased. It was handled terribly and it’s very upsetting. My view of All Saints has changed and I’m very disappointed. I still haven’t received a proper response and it’s been days.
