Ordered 3 x Sid Skinny Jeans
Ordered 3 x Sid Skinny Jeans. Despatch sheet within the parcel stated Sid Skinny Jeans. Sid Comfort Fit in parcel. Checked original order in my account and it stated Sid Skinny Fit. When I do the return slip for the incorrectly delivered item, it s says Sid Comfort…….
Order details still say Sid Skinny.
It would appear they don’t know their own products or they are trying to offload Comfort fit and don’t think people will notice. Either way it is very poor service.
3 x Sid Skinny fit reordered as they are in stock (according to the website) so lets see what happens.
It’s annoying that I like the product and that I’m a loyal customer to their product, I’m hoping that respected and not taken advantage of.

Love All saints shoes. They are such good quality and and i fall in love with them and wear them all the time. Also compared to other major fashion brands, the delivery times are so good. The shoes arrived 3 days from ordering!

I wish you could show the measurements of the actual shirts. it's very hard online shopping with you because i returned my M size oversized shirt to S and XS. and it is still not the fit i want. if you wrote the actual measurements of these shirts it would be much easier

I ordered on a Saturday and on the next Friday I received the package, coming from UK to Mexico I expected it to be longer but it was really fast.
The hoodie is darker in person which I hoped it to be and it really is oversized.
I would definitely order again online, I would say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in deliveries.
