We have used Andy Gray at Allied Surveyors (Inverness) several times for valuations and have always found him to be approachable, professional, efficient and communicative. We can't praise him enough, especially recently when he helped us in dealing with a SIPP company. Highly recommend.

Allied have been my choice for survey work for over 20 years now. I trust the team there whether it is for personal residential work or indeed commercial properties which tends to be the majority of my current work.
Recently we had a survey that needed to be carried out quickly and this was done to our complete satisfaction. What I like best about dealing with Andy and Allied is that each decision and valuation is fully explained and you have clarity and trust in what they are saying. They are also adept at working within my often tight timescales.
We also needed a EPC and again this was organised with their specialist in house and carried out within a matter of days.

Martin Paul carried out a home report for me today. He was friendly and polite and very thorough in his inspection of the property. He was happy to run through the various home report sections with me and to explain his findings before producing his report. I received the draft report within a few hours of his visit - excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend Martin.

The Company turned up on time and were efficient and thorough. I was pleased with the detail of their report, and felt more informed about the property. The report was available the next day.

We used Keith in the Inverness Office to carry out a Home Report on our property as we had used him before. I found the service to be second to none, the home report was turned around very quickly and Keith was on hand to answer any queries that we had.
