My business approached Allied Surveyors to assist in marketing our property as a rental opportunity. From initial meetings and discussions with Iain, we were confident that our property would prove suitable to a small business owner and so it has proved. My first experience with completing a home report for sale of my house. Contacted Allied Surveyors of Inverness and ma de the arrangements with ease. The survey was carried out at my convenience, and with absolute no hassle. I am happy and impressed with the way it was conducted, the process was fully explained to me, and subsequent questions I had were answered satisfactorily. Prior to publishing report, I had the opportunity to read over the draft to see if I’d any further questions, which I had, and was satisfied when all was clarified. I am so impressed with the service I received that I’d fully recommend Allied Surveyors.

We used Allied Surveyors to get Tenants for our shop/office. We would have no hesitation on recommending them as they managed to get our Office/Shop rented out quickly and the service from Iain and Lauren was great. They were always in touch by email or phone keeping us updated.

Our Estate Agent commissioned the necessary property reports from Allied Surveyors. The home visit and subsequent reports were produced quickly by Kevin and the very few amendments required were made promptly by him. I am happy to recommend their services.

I contacted Allied Surveyors on Monday 6th May for a quote to arrange a home report, they responded the next working day and I had a a visit from Scott to survey the property on Thursday that same week. Arrived on time and was professional as was the home report that followed. Scott was helpful and amended the report to accommodate recommended repairs being carried out prior to the property being marketed for sale. Fantastic service well recommended.

I wasted my money and time by choosing Allied Surveyors for valuation of my home.
I bought a home couple of years and spend a lot of money to improve the rating of house by adding solar, new windows, new boiler, radiators insulation etc, thought of my home valuation will increase but according allied surveyors all the upgrades does not matter and asked to show comparable prices in my locality. so some other house sales is deciding the value of my house not my house state and condition. so now I am looking to find some other better surveyor to get proper valuation.

We used Allied Surveyors for a commercial rent review/market value and a residential market value. In both cases they were very efficient and approachable. I would recommend and have done so to a WhatsApp landlord group I belong to.
