Superb ring

The necklace came knotted
The necklace came knotted , it was a birthday present for girlfriends birthday, i then had to pay 11.90 to get the item shipped back to all diamond. Very dissapointing experience.

All of our jewellery is carefully quality checked and securely packaged before dispatch, and there was no knot in the chain when it left us. Unfortunately, despite our packaging, necklaces can occasionally become tangled during transit.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered to carefully untangle the necklace and return it to you free of charge. We also provided a full refund to resolve the matter, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
