A company not worth your money
I purchased a travel insurance policy mainly to cover potential health issues or accidents. However, the policy was also supposed to cover compensation for cancelled or delayed flights.My flight was delayed by over 17 hours, but AllClear rejected my claim due to an 'exception in the small print'. It makes me wonder if they would do the exact same thing in the case of a medical emergency—probably yes...I do not recommend them. Never again will I buy insurance from this company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment following your claim and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have a flight delay claim declined when you had taken out the policy expecting cover for unforeseen travel disruptions.
Whilst we are unable to discuss the specific details of a claim in a public forum, all claims are assessed in line with the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy purchased. We understand that this can be particularly disappointing where an exclusion applies that may not have been expected.
I would like to reassure you that medical emergency claims are assessed separately based on the circumstances of the claim and the cover provided under the policy. Decisions are never made arbitrarily and are always reviewed against the policy wording and the supporting documentation provided.
We have also reached out to request some further information from you so that we can refer your concerns to our claims team for review.
We take all feedback regarding our products and claims process seriously, and I am sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way. We hope to hear from you soon so that we can look into this further.
