Having been dissatisfied with my previous annual travel insurer I decided to try AllClearlast year. The whole process was far more straightforward and a lot less time consuming. The customer relations was excellent. The Gold policy renewal loyalty discount is also a factor in choosing the company again.

Great cover, great price….easy to arrange and renew and hopefully easy if ever I need to claim! Would highly recommend!

We were given a choice of types of insurance cover. It was clearly stated what's involved and what's not. The staff was very accommodating and reassuring to our needs. Thank you.

The premium was almost double of last year from mid £200 to almost £500. When questioned, the first person who answered gave me a long spiel about factors involving prices and how you can't compare...he then put me through to someone in finance who quite simply said the premium was so high because I had added a 2 week holiday in USA. Once that was removed, there was a slight increase and I bought another year's insurance. This is the reason I do not want automatic renewal. This has now been removed (even though I do not remember to agreeing to it). I cannot remark on making a claim as I did not last year

I needed to review my annual travel today, and I received excellent advice and service from Tony. We were glad to get cruise cover for the USA, Caribbean and Mexico next year even though the price was higher than we expected. We realised, however, that this was rather the fault of the USA medical costs and our ages than anything to do with All Clear Insurance.

Quick and easy to follow. Positive approach although dealing with illness queries. Knew his subject, never hesitated, wondered if he was an actor his speaking voice was so good.

Call answered quickly, excellent product and value for money. Ben made a stressful situation much easier. Very happy customer.
