Easy to understand Holiday Insurance
I was rather worried about getting a quote for travel insurance not having to have done it before, but it was so easy as it was all explained very plainly by the young man. I will certainly tell people to consider this company when looking for insurance. The cost was very good too .

Loyalty discount.
Auto renew quote advised a 20% loyalty discount, however quote was actually 20% increase on previous years premium. Which invokes a shop around next year and does not actually encourage loyalty. Also auto renew did not work (bank gliche?) and I had to ring up to renew, which was done efficiently and very politely by Jessica.

I am sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the renewal premium and the loyalty discount. The 20% renewal discount is applied to the base premium before factors such as any medical conditions, changes in underwriting criteria, and Insurance Premium Tax are taken into account. As a result, the overall premium can still differ from that of a previous year. We also operate within a live insurance market, so prices can fluctuate and are only valid at the time a quote is generated.
I am also sorry that your automatic renewal was unsuccessful and appreciate the inconvenience this caused. However, I am glad that our team was able to get everything sorted for you when you called.

When requiring a quote. The process was straight forward, even for an aged person. I was happy to accept their quote and pleased to have received confirmation of my recorded details. I purchased a policy, as I was satisfied with conditions and price.
