Great service. We had a boiler failure. The engineer (Kai) arrived on the day of contact and quickly diagnosed the fault and explained the options. A part required ordering and so the repair couldn't take place the same day, but we only had a short wait once our insurer had approved the work. He returned and quickly carried out the repair and got our boiler up and running again. It was a pleasure having a communicatve and tidy worker in my home. The few phone calls to Lings were handled promptly and courteously and it all felt like a well organised business. Happy to recommend this company.

Kai was so professional and polite. He explained everything clearly and ensured the lower-than-expected pressure from our gas meter was sorted out on the day.

I have been using commercial plumbers within my industry for some time. The job would always be half done and you would need to call them back out to investigate further. Ever since I have started using Aaron and his team I have had several jobs complete that I no longer need to worry about unlike before. The response time is quick , and the overall service from the team is impressive from start to finish Will be using this team for a very long time. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the courteous and speedy response from Sonny and Jack. They identified and resolved the bathroom leak that was dripping into the kitchen in next to no time and were very thorough. I’m a happy customer!

Jessica rocks! She was absolutely brilliant sorting out our emergency with badly leaning pipe.
She was friendly, efficient and professional. Even detected secondary leak that saved us lots of hassle down the line.

Very knowledgeable and helpful engineer visited called John. He was thorough and was quickly able to assess the problem and determine that the existing gas hob was faulty. Another engineer from a different company had misdiagnosed the problem and had determined new pipes would need to be run. Very glad that I decided to get a second opinion before ripping all my floors up!

We have just moved into our property and wanted to get the boiler serviced ASAP. We contacted A Lings Group who were able to provide us with a service the next day. Chris came round and serviced our boiler and has arranged for a new part to be sorted within a couple days. He was extremely friendly and provided us with comfort that we will have everything sorted. Cannot recommend the company and Chris enough! Thank you.
