Excellent service, Russell attended my property within the time frame he told me.
He got straight down to trying to establish the fault and find fault within a minute. He was very professional throughout and done job within 10 mins.

Russell has done a tremendous and Professional job in getting our Electrical back on where we had no Power on house sockets for 3 days.
He was able to find the fault in a place where no one could have thought.

Russel was great, came out on bank holiday Monday and made the electrics safe to use after a leak upstairs. Very efficient and highly appreciative of his work.

A Lings were appointed by our insurers, Direct Line. Speedy attendance and diagnosis of the cause of the water leak by Louis with helpful advice on minimising further damage. Sonny fixed the leak after the weekend, told us exactly what he was doing and the reasons. Very happy with everything from this professional and helpful company.

I recently had my boiler serviced by Mark and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Mark took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions patiently. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy once he was done. I called A Lings Group to check an ancient gas fireplace we discovered when removing our chimney breast. They sent Mark, a gas safe engineer, at a time and date that suited me. Mark was very polite and knowledgable, he removed the gas fireplace safely and quickly, and happily answered any questions we had. I will definitely be using A Lings Group again, and highly recommend them. Thank you A Lings Group.

Russel is extremely professional and good at his job. He completes the job in time and communicates well about the issue and fixes done. He helped us with our hot water electrics. We would definitely recommend him.

Great service from Trevor. Called first thing to let us know what time he was coming. Polite and helpful answering questions etc and quickly got the job done clearing a blockage in our drain.

Jess my plumber did a wonderful job. She was friendly and very informative. Very efficiently installed new parts in my toilet cistern and water tank.

We were appointed a gas engineer called Jess who attended our property on a few occasions. Jess was always prompt and polite ,keeping us informed at each stage of the process.Jess worked efficiently and kept all areas very tidy and left the site in a good state.
