DONT USE AIRSWIFT/CEBU PACIFIC
Cancelled flight within 10 mins of booking due to a double booking as a result of a system glitch, this aligns with the 24-hour refund policy criteria (cancellation must be made within 24 hours and flight must be over 7 days away). AirSWIFT/Cebu Pacific refused refund and offered no explanation.
Different flight was cancelled today and airline offered no support. With us going back to the airport and requesting assistance they have put us on a flight 2 days away, now we have lost out on paid transport costs, accommodation costs, and have to pay for two nights more accommodation here. No compensation, obligatory care or support from this airline.
Terrible airline that does not make any refund
Terrible airline. Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel my flight in December and was eligible for a refund. AirSwift confirmed I would receive the refund within 30 working days. Six months and dozens of emails later I still have not seen any refund. They do not respond to emails, unless I bombard them with hundred emails in an hour and still no money. I hope they go bankrupt - it's a SCAM this company!! Never fly with them!!

We booked a ticket through airswift from el nido to Manilla and from Manilla to denpassar included all our bags. Them we got an e-mail that we needed to pay 30 euro’s extra for each of our bags while it was included in our ticket. They e-mailed at 3 am that we had intil 9 in the morning to pay.
We arrived at the airport and we had to pay extra for our bags. We checked in our bags and we got to Manilla and they forgot my luggage in el nido. I had a connecting flight to catch so i wrote down where I stayed so they could send it to me. Once i arrived in denpassar i never got my luggage. It is now been over a week since my baggage went missing, and I still haven’t received any meaningful response.
The only thing that has happened so far is that we received the €30 refund, which was the baggage fee included in our ticket.

Airline now taken over by Cebu Pacific but no online integration so unable to check in online. This meant large queues at the airport for check in.
Also turned up for our flight from El Nido to Manilla to be told our aircraft had been downgraded and there was no room for us. Given some compensation and booked on flight to mainland the same evening but instead of a 1.5hr flight we had a 1.5hr flight to a different airport and then a 4hr van to our hotel in Manilla which was not ideal. Luckily we did not have an onward flight until the next day as it would have been a disaster. Other travellers had their bags sent on different flights or had been in the airport all day due to cancelled flights for various reasons.
Very poor overall.

Fly With This Air Line at Your OWN Risk. 29/3/25 - Flight T60149 delayed substantially twice until passengers got upset of the different stories being told to the passenger as to why. Poor food offered during extended delays, eg McDonalds. No receipts (payment requested in CASH) issued for payment for private shared vans to Puerta Princesa to catch international flights home, (how am I to get my Travel Insurance to pay out on this amount of money). During our delay wait time, two AirSwift flights came in one went back to Manila and one was rescheduled to Cebu yet you had 2 plane loads of passengers waiting and anxious to get to Manila. AirSwift you need to lift your game or stay out of the Airline business. Never again.

Horrible. They delayed our flight (Busuanga to El Nido) which would have led us to delay our arrival at the hotel until after sunset and it would have been too late for sightseeing. We requested for refund and it has been 3 months of chasing non-stop - i sent them 20 emails to their customer service AND their refund email. Til today no response from refund team WHATSOEVER and customer service kept on pushing back any kind of commitment. They had not ever gave us proof that the refund has been requested, nor have they committed to anything in the email other than the usual 15, then 15-30 days, then now they have disappeared and refused to respond. Please keep your hands off this airlines, and I hope to see them go out of business some time soon, if they treat their customers this horribly. They should not be considered a business and if I were you I'd double even the safety regulations of this airlines. THE WORST!!!

A company of charlatans. I had a flight canceled due to weather, which I understood perfectly! I opted for a refund for which I waited almost 5 months, during which I was systematically lied to by them that the refund had been processed, then ignored completely by them. I had to hire a lawyer to represent me in this whole process. Very lacking in integrity, any kind of ethics and respect for the customer. I sincerely hope they go bankrupt.
They cancel our flight
They cancel our flight. I ask for my money. They wrote that the money will be on my account after 15-30 workdays. I finaly got them after 2 1/2 month.
I would book again, despite the bad reviews.
Despite the many bad reviews, we booked two flights, CEB-ENI, ENI-MNL.
The outward flight was great, without any problems.
The return flight was unfortunately delayed by about 1.5 hours and our luggage only arrived at the destination airport on the last flight of the day.
Only after asking and showing my AirTag that the baggage had not yet arrived at the destination airport did they enquire what was going on with the baggage.
According to AirSwift, the baggage would be loaded onto the last aircraft due to excess weight on board our flight, which is why the last flight (probably with fewer passengers) was used for this.
The luggage was delivered to our accommodation four hours later after the arrival of the last AirSwift aircraft.
TL;DR
To summarise, I would indeed book AirSwift again at any time, but you should be prepared for possible delays (due to strong winds on the island) and not plan too tightly.
My booking app (Trip.com) even showed the average delays and the average punctuality of AirSwift flights.
Great service, ahead of schedule
I was worried booking my flights after reading the reviews but my experience was great. Booked two flights, Cebu to El Nido and El Nido to Coron. Both arrived ahead of schedule, very efficient staff and checking in process, I would recommend.
No complaints, had a great experience with this airline
I was very hesitant in booking flights with AirSwift after having read so many bad reviews. I took two flights with them during my stay in the Philippines. Both flights went on smoothly, on time, check in and boarding were done very friendly and professional. I really have no complaints at all and enjoyed the small plane and the tropical airport in El Nido. I wonder if I was very lucky or if the company took the feedback and time to improve. Hope it was the last or a combination of both.
