No space for us sitting without buy anything like food or drink. We are 4 of us with 2 autistic child, playground just little half room for paid coffe shop coustumer. Other playground was closed. Absolutley not happy with trip. Never choise again this boat.

Very poor experience with DFDS. Our ferry was scheduled for 11:00 PM but it departed 15 minutes early. We arrived at Calais at 9:20 PM and despite delays at checkin reached the ferry queue on time. At 10:45 PM the gate was already closed and we were moved to a 12:50 AM ferry. This caused unnecessary stress for me and my family including a baby. Very unprofessional

Staff with no personality of friendliness. Doos is over rated abs massively over priced. Public areas nowhere near as clean as they should be. Quite expensive for 1.5 hour crossing for 2 people and a car. It was on time though
