Audiobook without chapters? What?
I ordered an audiobook. The book did not have any chapter markers. When I asked them why they didn’t not mention that in the listing, they have me a one sentence non-answer.
A single file does not mean no chapter markers. At least not for the other 20+ audiobooks I’ve purchased elsewhere.

The package took SO long to arrive
The package took SO long to arrive, arrived far from where I live minus one book.
I will think again before I order from Ad Libris. Great books, not great at sending on time.

I ordered two copies of the same book
I ordered two copies of the same book. When the package arrived, there was only one book. I had to use my time and energy to contact you and fix your mistake. The books are gifts and getting them as soon as possible was important. I did not get an apology or any compensation for the problem this caused. Not impressed with Adlibris customer service when something goes wrong.

never recvd an order that was forced on me. no return calls from your company. Horrible service, scam tactics and flat out dishonest actions. Never ordered from you yet you charged my CC. Worse yet, never ordered, never recvd, immediatley charged. What a crock of chit wellness is.

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. Website is very deceptive, trying to get you to buy more at a deep discount, and there is a button that appears to be indicating that you do NOT want the additional purchase, but when pressed ADDS that additional purchase! Additionally, I am unable to locate their website and have not received a confirmation email, but yet my credit card company reached out to me in the meantime as it suspected fraudulent activity.

There was an issue with the delivery of my books but it was handled perfectly by the customer service agent. Good and fast service and such a wide selection of books to order or request’!

1 month delivery time
I ordered 2 books on 7th August and they are now shipped to me on the 26th of August. Another week until they will arrive, so in total 1 month waiting time to receive books. Even in 1893 it took the first Hurtigruten ships only 3 days from the South to the North of Norway. Now we are in 2025… how on earth can it take ONE FULL MONTH to receive two books!? Insane!!
