My order didn't arrive

My order didn't arrive. I contact them once after the last day my delivery should had arrived (which was already quite long). The person in the chat told me that the order would arrive next week. Nothing. After more than two months since I did the order I contact them again. The person in the chat was not nice or helpful, saying that they would contact me with the solution and never did after. At least I used Klarna and I didn't have additional problems with getting my money back when I cancelled the order.

Order shipped Wellness knee brace was doubled and I received 4. I did not order the herbal knee patch but was sent 4. On June 23,2025 three amounts were removed from my account. $58.97 $53.34 and $88.43. I want to return two of the kneebrace and all 4 herbal knee patches. total was $200.74. Please refund me the 2 kneebrace and 4 herbal knee patches. I paid in Canadian thinking it was a Canadian company. Call me

Every order takes several weeks

Every order takes several weeks, and is often delayed further. It’s like they don’t keep anything in stock at all. Just order from elsewhere. Waste of time.

UPDATE: 25/6/2025
In response to Adlibris' response to my above review, the website stated shipping within "5-7 business days" at time of ordering. I was then provided an email stating the delivery time could be much longer than this. After a few weeks, I then received yet another email saying that the order was further delayed. This has happened with most orders I have placed with Adlibris. My 1-star review still stands.

I ordered the wellnee knee brace to…assist with torn miniscus issue.

I ordered the wellnee knee brace to assist with my torn miniscus which the product is designed for. Company sent knee braces after 3 weeks, and also double my order by sending me additional products that i did not order. Product is not worthy of the advertised claims. I wish to return all product, and am having a difficult time being able to get anyone on the telephone. I have called credit card company and cancelled payment. Need return authorization to send product back to supplier in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Would have like to give no stars

Would have like to give no stars. Ordered the knee sleeve for $25 but kept refusing my payment so i gave up. .On checking my bank statement next morning a $75 amount had been taken out for knee patches which i did not order . There is nothing in my inbox stating transaction of any kind for me to contact. No order number as it kept saying order wasnt accepted. Cant fill out date experience for review as it wont let me put june, keeps coming up april not june

Put effort on time improvement and delivery quality.

It is the second time I am ordering and my package is delayed more than the initial estimation.
Even though I received the estimation, this time the package has not been delivered and I do not have any information to when I will be able to get the books I ordered.

It took so long for the order to be processed. And still the order has not reached me and one of the books are yet to be received by Adlibris.

I have chosen more expensive shipment…

I have chosen more expensive shipment method because it said that the delivery will be much quicker. That was not the case. So I should have went for a free delivery

Bad packaging which gives the books a sanded surface

The quite expensive book I ordered was delivered in a large and sturdy box which meant it was protected from "external" damages.

So what went wrong?

The box was much bigger than the book - and the book was free to shift inside the package, causing abrasion that left the surface sanded.

This could so easily have been avoided by stuffing some crumpled paper in the box to stop the book from sliding around.

Now I'm instead an unhappy customer and will buy my books elsewhere in the future.

They never deliver on time

They never deliver on time! I have bought several times from them and they always send my packages late. Normally I buy birthday gifts and I can never get them in time. So disappointing. Never buying again. Please do yourself a favor and never buy from Adilibris.

The company is selling books that do not exist

The company is selling books that are not available and will not be delivered.
Note that I contacted customer service who were helpful, but could not either locate the missing books or get info from vendors as to what is going on (if anything).

I have been a loyal customer for YEARS…

I have been a loyal customer for YEARS but this was the last time I ordered books from them. I was well aware that late delivery had become standard over the years they so ordered well in advance to when I needed the books. Despite this I was really really disappointed.
Order was placed March 11, delivery promised March 27-April 2. When the books had still not arrived April 4 I contacted Adlibris customer support. A guy called Antti guaranteed the books were on their way and would arrive the week after. I was relieved as they were for my son’s birthday April 13.
But nothing arrived.
Today, April 15 - 3 books arrived but still no information about the 4th and final book.
Bye bye Adlibris.
