Good company but painful shipping time

They are a great company and I love ordering from them instead of like Amazon but their shipping time is so long and painful. They don’t have to ship overnight but 3-5 days would be better and not like 9-13 days. So many companies are able to ship and delivery faster and if they could I would order way more often and I’m sure others would too.

Too long delivery time. Bad delivery company.

Books took too long for being delivered, nearly 2.5 weeks.
The second point is that they are using EarlyBird in Stockholm, which is a bad delivery company. In this case they just pushed it half way in the postbox and left the other half in the rain, instead of just opening the postbox.

42 days - no delivery or even estimated date

Waited for a book for 42 days and canceled because no new estimated delivery date was given.

I bought things from Adlibris before and there was no problems when literature was common. It probably had been in their warehouse in such cases.

But this time it was a bit of a specialized book, so I was ready to wait somewhat longer. What truly upsets me, is an automated response after a month-long-wait (!) saying that my delivery is still not even under way and they will get back when they have more information. In my humble opinion, when an automated process fails to complete the flow for this long, the company who cares about their customers should kick in and do some individual client and situation management.

A complaint email was handled kindly and professionally, but still not giving any estimation of a new delivery date. Not even a week after mentioned conversation.

Speaking of the good things: money returned immediately upon cancelation. And this alone adds another star to the review.

But from now on I am determined never to deal with Adlibris online purchases again.

Update:
After getting my money back I ordered same book on Amazon and got it within 3 working days.

Irresponsible and greedy

Didn't mention lack of resources until a week later, now I have no books for the first weeks of my course and we have a exam the second week. If they had said it from the start, maybe two days after?????! I could have ordered it elsewhere but no, they sent it one week later because they are greedy.

Website was easy to use

Website was easy to use. Delivery was as stated. It would be great if City Mail could use SMS rather than email to contact clients. My email to AdLibris after a problem with finding my delivery was acknowledged in a timely and friendly fashion.

My order got many days of delay and one of the canceled products is still in the total amount at Klarna to pay. No one seems to care. Bad customer support. Will never buy at this shop again.

Delivery takes forever….

Delivery takes forever….. even if you pay for express delivery expect to get it late. They will for sure offer you a change to pay for the express delivery but it will be delivered at the same time when free delivery..

A Delayed but Worthwhile Book Purchase

I recently bought a book online, and the process was easy overall. However, the delivery took longer than I expected. I was really looking forward to reading it, so the delay was a bit disappointing. Still, the book arrived in good condition, and I’m happy with the quality. I just wish the shipping had been faster.

Takes too many days to send the books

Takes too many days to send the books, books are overpriced, and some of the books I got had bent corners :/ sad but at least they have a big catalogue, 7 days to send a book is crazy! I receive them faster from Norway :(

Terrible service

Terrible service. It takes too long for them to send the books. They charge quite a lot for delivery. Books come with marks and then it is a nightmare to make a return, and you need to pay delivery again.

Will never order from them again!
