My last delivery was a sham…
My last delivery was left down the end of the garden right by the gate. Anyone could have taken it off e hasn’t been in. The delivery driver didn’t even come into the garden or knocked the door! I was also only given 2 hours notice of the delivery. The delivery drivers need to be pulled up on this. Also off of had more notice I could have put all the boxes and packaging out for collection but the delivery driver wouldn’t have collected them seem as he couldn’t be bothered to walk up to the front door!

I would have given an extra star or…
I would have given an extra star or two, but for one big issue I have with their website. It’s just too easy for orders to repeat the following week if one forgets to select products for one week only. This happened again this week and is very annoying especially if one happens to be away. I brought this up with them several times, but they refused to change the website… Their interchangeable boxes are a good idea but it also meant I ended up with double cucumbers and carrots this week.. The Riverford website works much better.. The range of products is very good .. It’s very expensive but I’m one person.. for most young families like mine with kids its unaffordable..

Our signature Fruit & Veg Boxes can be tailored with our swaps and dislikes to help you get the things you really love in your box, and take out the things you're not so keen on. I appreciate that we do things a bit differently by not being able to offer a fixed delivery slot in order to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum, but we'll always take detailed delivery instructions so the driver has a safe place to leave your delivery when they arrive. Great food straight to your door
A varied summery mix of courgettes, salad leaves,plums, and bananas plus the best chilled spoke juice ever in the 'surprise' section which i enjoy each time. Lots of interesting goods have been introduced yo me.
You are reminded to check what's coming a couple of days beforehand and have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of goods. Give it a go! It comes to you in sturdy boxes and efficient cool boxes too.

Loving the fruit and veg box
Am 4 weeks in now and loving my fruit and veg box deliveries. The food has been of excellent quality and there’s plenty of it…. Arrives well packed. I like the fact that you can swap items in your box .. ensures we don’t waste anything. Definitely worth it to ensure we eat more fruit and veg !
